The 18th and 19th-century buildings now house modern amenities. Knowledgeable tour guides are available to share the rich history of the Dockyard.
- Devil’s Bridge - This natural wonder was formed over thousands of years as the Atlantic waves eroded the rocks, creating Devil’s Bridge. The area is filled with geysers and blowholes. It is believed that many enslaved Africans tragically ended their lives here in a desperate attempt to escape the horrors of slavery. A visit to Antigua is incomplete without seeing this remarkable site.

A birthday guided trip solo traveler - Had the guide to myself and he was great ... it was my birthday and he was really trying to make sure it was a wonderful trip .. which it was ... maybe need more time in Nelson's dock yard as being from the uk was more to see and very interesting .. would recommend

Great time in Antigua! - This was a great tour around Antigua. Our local guide was terrific! We saw devil's bridge, Nelson's Dockyard, sheep that look like little goats (no wool), a view of both the Caribbean sea and the Atlantic ocean from the same point and many many interesting sights and stories along the way. We had a super GREAT time!

Shak was the best. - We booked a tour of Antigua while we stopped at the island on a cruise. It was one of the best experiences while on our cruise. Shak was our private tour guide providing commentary on the island taking us to many of the highlights to be seen. Beautiful island and people. Make sure to request Shak as your tour guide.

Great excursion - We came to Antigua by a cruise ship and chose this excursion. Not only it was more reasonably priced, we were with just another couple in a comfortable van, and our guide was knowledgeable, caring and fantastic. I highly recommend this!

Great island tour with Cyril - Cyril was an absolute star for our trip. Whilst he was drafted in at the last minute, he provided a great service to our trip. Very knowledgeable and humorous for each of the 3 locations we visited. Also showed us some of the special and unique parts of Antigua on our journey around the island.

Great trip around the... - Great trip around the island, saw just about everything “touristy” that we needed to see - Nelson’s Dockyard, Shirley Heights, Devil’s Bridge. Leslie was a great tour guide, great driver, friendly. It ended up being just 2 of us in the car. Does not require a lot of walking. Overall worth it.

Ok tour - We did this from the cruise port.
We went on a mini bus with other tourists.
Tour was ok.roads were really bumpy.
We did neilson dockyard you have to pay to enter here or just stop of and take a few pics of the boats.
We also did a beach stop which was fine.
We paid 70 dollars for 2 of us

Good island overview tour - Our driver Riley was excellent, courteous , passionate and knowledgeable about his island home. Unfortunately a little too much driving and not enough time at sights.
