Electric Bikes made it easy and fun to go around, however was quite heavy. Locks were also bulky and hard to use. Otherwise all good.
Great bikes and friendly service, and knowledgeable. Just be mindful that if you don’t return the bikes by Ferry , there is a $12 per bike charge to leave your bike on the other side of the bridge., plus the Ferries are very crowded.
The staff was very helpful. The bikes seats were too high for us and they had to make some adjustments to the seats. Bikes were in great condition and the process was fuss free!
Easy bicicleta súper good and personal also
I staff friendly bikes great good experience all round
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bikes worked great on your big big hills!
Awesome bike and terrific experience. I will never rent a regular bike again. Only electric for San Francisco. I had to walk up a number of hills when we rented bikes 15 years ago. This time I'm older and fatter (LOL) and I breezed up even the toughest SF hills. Had a great time and did so much more because of the electric bike. Everyone at the location was super friendly and very helpful too. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks so much!!!
The electric bike I rented had three different settings; eco, normal, and high. Depending on how much assistance you wanted, you were able to toggle back and forth between the settings. It was really helpful to use the normal setting for riding up the famous hills in San Francisco. However, it was also nice to be able to turn it off when I wanted to. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to bike more than they're used to or especially if going over hills. My only complaint is that my bike did have a place to hold my water.
The staff were friendly and very helpful Had a great day riding over Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito Highly recommend- but pay the extra and get electric assist unless you're super fir the San Francisco hills are killers
