I was pick up and dropped... - I was pick up and dropped off in a timely matter and the driver was really nice. The tour guides were very friendly and informative of the tour. It was kind of a cloudy day but it was still beautiful. I love El Nido. I would definitely go back and do it again. El Nido is a beautiful place

Glad to see el Nido - The best part was meeting the people on the trip. It was a long ride North and then coming back down south but I am glad that I had a chance to see El Nido for a day. The arrangements were good enough. Expect some waiting here and there.

Beautiful Island Vacation - Getting to see El Nido was a special experience. It was very convenient that we were able to be picked up and dropped off from Puerto Princesa and yet still see this beautiful spot. The transportation was very efficient and the staff on the boat were excellent. They were especially helpful with our 4-year old son and made sure he was taken care of. There was a little confusion getting on and off the boat, but aside from that it was a great experience.

Fun, but sticky ride home. - Only problem was…. After a long fun day in the sun, salt water, and sand, the tour did not provide a place to clean up or change clothes before the long 6 hour drive back to Puerto Princesa.

Not great. - Really not great for the price we preferred Port barton a thousand times. Moreover the second driver was very haughty and not listening at all.

Horribe with this tour agent. Great once in El Nido - Please DON’T book your tour with this tour operator else you will ruin your enjoymenr of El Nido. Firstlu they told me that they would pick me up at 3am so I was out on the road waiting. At 3:45am I rang and the lady told me that she would call me back shortly. I waited until 4:30am them tried calling again. Noone picked up the call. At 5:20am the lady rang to inform that the driver was on their way. The driver arrived at 5:45am. And the horror started. I was the only passenger. He drove at 200kmh on a very windy road all the way. It was so scary for me. It took us less than 3 hours to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. It is usually a 5-6 hours jouney. When we got to El Nido the driver didn’t know where he should take me. He asked me to call the El Nido agent and I was like what. I wasn’t given these details.Anyway finally I connect with the tour guide.
The tour itself was fabulous. Our tour guide John was very nice. The magnificent views on the boat and kayaking were just soo good.
Drama again when I finished my tour. The driver in the morning had told me that they would be waiting for me at the same place he dropped me. When I rang him he said I ring the tour operator which I did. Then the lady asks me “ where about are you?” Me like at the place where driver dropped me in the morning. She goes like you will be picked up by a different driver. No more details provided and she hang up. Luckily the El Nido tour guide-John was so helpful. After one hour wait we found the driver.
In summary the tour once in El Nido is fabulous. Just don’t book your tour with this tour agent

Great island hopping, terrible organization - The island hopping part was great. However, the organization from/to puerto princesa was lacking to say the least. On our way to El nido, we did not stop for a break for 5 hours straight. In the evening when we were done with the activities and were dropped back to the starting point, they just left us there with no instructions. They had said in the email that we will be able to get out of our swimsuits and change into dry clothes. We did not. So we just decided to wait for the van to pick us up. As there were nobody there, we texted the tour provider and she informed us that we had to go to the terminal as the van will not be coming to where we were dropped. So they expected us to pay for a tricycle to take us to the terminal to join the van. This was obviously not stated in the email. So now we not only had to go find the van at the terminal, we also had to ride back 5 hours in an air-conditioned van with wet clothes. We got terribly sick and the whole experience was ruined because of the lack of organization and information.

Not recommended at all. - Not recommended at all.
I had booked on get your guide and they suggested to book directly basis which I cancelled my booking on get your guide. Then I chased them for 3 days but eventually ended up without a booking cause they said they already have too many people and can’t book me.

Worst tour I've experienced - The whole tour was too bad.
1. pickup time informed was wrong, 30 minutes later than actual and hotel reception gave me a call, I did not have enough preparation time.
2. Though this tour price includes eco tax, big lagoon entrance fee, kayak rental and shnorkeling mask rental, I had to pay them at first because the tour guide did not know and receive them from the travel agency, Corazon due to miscommunication. I had to send a message and give the travel agency several times to solve this issue. Though I could finally get the money back at the end of the tour, it was so frastrating.
3. The tour guide operation was terrible, not organized at all. While I arrived at El Nido 8.30 am, I and several other people had to wait on the boat from 9.30 to 10.30 to wait some other people to come without any information. Some other participants came earlier and had to wait longer. They should adjust the pickup time.
4. The boat didn't stop close to the shore almost every stop. In the worst case, the participants had to swim more than 20 meters. It was dangerous. Such a information should be informed in advance.
5. the tour did not go to Shimizu although it was originally included. they did not give us any information.
It was definitely the worst tour and I was so dissapointed to go there by use of lot of time and money from Puerto Princesa.
I highly recommend not to join this tour.

The nest with its defects and with its virtues - The drivers were a disaster, we returned with fear and anguish, in addition to traveling all cramped in a van of 6 when there were 8 of us and the driver's partner. However, they were great and the excursion to the nest was very good. What we liked most was the hidden lagoon. And they treated us well during the excursion.
