To ensure your safety, we will administer a brief driving test before embarking on your tour. We only provide one guide per five people to ensure the most enjoyable and safe day on Lake Arenal.

Chris was a great guide,... - Chris was a great guide, knew we wanted to go fast and get the full experience so he delivered !!! Made a couple of stops to take pictures and gave us a little history lesson also. All while making sure we were safe and understood the rules.

Great Jet Ski experience! - Our guide, Gustavo, was the best! We had so much fun! The lake is massive with great views of the volcano and dam. We began with a few minutes of rain but we were going to get wet anyway. Parts of the lake were choppy from the wind so it was challenging at times…which we like! Lake water very warm which was pleasant. Bring towels and a change of shirt for the AC ride back. Our driver was nice and pulled over to point out sloths and other wildlife. Very professional company. Good value.

The Best Experience in El Castillo, highly recommended - Amazing Ride, new vehicles and very professional staff, we did the guided tour, 1 hour and 30 minutes, included the safety speech, also this company includes the transportation. Outback has an amazing adventures.

Amazing service and experience - Amazing way to experience the arenal lake, our tour guide Kenneth was very kind and very informative on what each part of the island was and made us feel very welcome, he also gave us great tips on where to eat around the area! Honestly one of the best things I’ve done this trip in Costa Rica!

Worth it, the lake is amazing, and jet skis are like new! Very funny! - It's worth a lot! I highly recommend it, for beginners and non-beginners, thanks to the Oscar guide! Outback is very good Enterprise for this and other activities!
Pro Tip: Try to negotiate a discount, paying cash.

Oscar The Machine - I had the opportunity to do a JetSki tour with Oscar and we had a brutal time 🙌. Super good people, attentive at all times and with very good vibe. The experience was amazing, we even saw the volcano 😍🌋. Definitely an adventure to remember. Thanks for everything, pure life 🇨🇷

We had a fantastic time on this jet ski tour. The scenery was stunning, and Kenneth was such a great guide – professional, kind, and made us feel very safe while still having lots of fun.
It was honestly the best jet ski experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Experience - If you are an experienced jet ski rider, you may enjoy this activity. Unfortunately, my partner and I were not, and we felt the experience lacked the necessary guidance and safety measures for beginners.
The tour guide did not provide any instructions or safety briefing on the dos and don'ts of riding a jet ski, which left us feeling unprepared. Throughout the tour, he rode ahead at a fast pace without checking to see if anyone had fallen behind or encountered any issues. Given that this was meant to be a guided experience.
Additionally, the tour description mentioned that we would learn about Lake Arenal, but the guide did not share any information or history about the area, which was disappointing.
Despite these concerns, we did our best to enjoy the experience, and the views of the lake were truly beautiful.
