The excursion will commence with a journey to El Bolsón, nestled in an unparalleled natural environment.

First stop: Río Negro Trout Farm
Enjoy a guided tour lasting about 40 minutes, where participants will discover the trout farming process and savor a delightful artisanal trout pâté, hosted by the establishment’s owners.

Second stop: Adamow Boutique Winery (Lago Puelo)
Pedro and Carina, the proprietors of this family-run winery, will warmly welcome guests. The tour includes a visit to the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards, followed by a paired lunch featuring a platter of regional pickles, two artisanal empanadas, and a tasting of their exclusive wines.

Third stop: Finca Fraschetti Winery (El Bolsón)
