Eman was the greatest!!!! - Fantastic excursion Eman was super friendly and tended to all of our special requests. She was very well informed on Egyptian history and very familiar with the museums. Highly recommended as a guide!!!!!

A private tour of Cairo, visiting pyramids, mosque, museums, and included an overnight hotel staymuseums, and included a - Our guideTifa extremely knowledgeable. He was attentive to our needs. Our driver was excellent. Our hotel had a view of the pyramids and a breakfast was included.

Great! - He arrived on time and we went to Alexandria. It was a clean car and a professional driver. The guide received us in Alexandria and explained everything to us. Thank you, Atef. I highly recommend it.

Excellent except for a few hiccups - Our experience was excellent, except for a few hiccups.
Pros:
*Pick up at the port was super easy. Our driver, Andrew, walked in to meet us, sent us a selfie to ensure we knew what he looked like, and was communicative/responsive. Can't say enough good things about Andrew!
*Both of our tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, spoke good English, were great photographers, and showered us with drinks and treats! (Eman and Basma)
*Hotel had amazing views, was clean, modern and had a great restaurant on site. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons:
*With less than 24 hours before the trip, the tour operator was unresponsive to our requests for pick up details, which caused us to panic a bit. They finally responded late that evening with directions.
*In Cairo, we joined up with a group of 3, although we expected a private tour. We were disappointed in this and, after we voiced our concerns, we were split up the second day with a new tour guide.
*Did not get a pyramid view at the hotel as promised.

Our driver Mina and our... - Our driver Mina and our guide Nada were great and very knowledgeable. We had a special request, and they were very accommodating.
That said, we saw that we were going to be staying at the Mazar hotel and were very excited to stay there. That was not where we stayed. Mohammed, the owner of the hotel we did stay at, and his staff were great. I wanted a shave, and he took me to his barber and stayed with us to make sure everything went well, but it was not the Mazar. We met another couple also from the ship who took the same tour with similar results. The people were great. Not sure what happened with the hotel.

they overbooked the hotel... - they overbooked the hotel we were to stay at and put us in a 2 star hotel in a very unsafe area. The hotel was terrible
