Underground Whiskey with Mark! - An absolutely fantastic whiskey tasting experience with Mark tonight! Mark was an outstanding guide — incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely fun to spend the evening with. He took us through four fantastic whiskies from four different Scottish regions, explaining the history, production methods, tasting notes! The setting was perfect too — a cool, atmospheric underground venue that felt like a hidden gem in the city. The whole experience was perfectly paced, informative without being overwhelming, and Mark had a great way of making everyone feel included and relaxed. If you’re in town and love whiskey (or even if you’re just curious), do yourself a favor and book a tasting with Mark. He made the evening memorable and educational in the best possible way. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you Mark!

I'll drink whisky now - Great experience. I know nothing about whisky and have never done a tasting. like a nice whisky sour, but not one to sip is neat, which may change now. Haley was fun and informative about our journey through 4 different types of whisky from various regions around Scotland. She knows a lot of the brown juice. The space has a wonderful vibe. It truly is a hidden close, a bank vault accidentally discovered during a renovation. I like that this wasn't touristy like a couple of other known whisky tastings in in town, but rather quaint and cozy.

Heartily Recommended Whisky Tasting! - My partner wanted to do a whisky tasting session during our stay in Edinburgh. I did a bit of research and this came out top with multiple recommendations. It didn’t disappoint in any way. Our guide Eleanor lured us down to the spooky cellar and plied us with some delicious whiskies from various regions in Scotland. Willingly, I may add! She’s a great, and knowledgeable, guide and we spent a fantastic 90 minutes engaging in whisky-education. Thank you for a marvellous afternoon!

Average - Quite interesting and a good overview, it’s a bit expensive for the offering. There were around a dozen people on the tour, two had paid a premium for older/ better vintages.
