Stunning Scotland - We were very fortunate to be there before the storm. Spent 5 days traveling across stunning Scotland scenery with a magnificent guide Iain. Highly recommend Glen Coe and Isle of Skye. Iain provided history from a proud Scotsman’s point of view and tailored our trip to our interests. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip and this guide!

Excellent tour of the Highlands and Isle of Skye - Everything about this trip was excellent. Our driver, John S was very knowledgeable, cheerful, patient, a fount of tall tales and true facts, and a skilled driver who had to negotiate some extreme weather. Our stops were well timed to provide maximum opportunity to explore fully. The accommodation was of a high standard each night. I highly recommend this 5 day tour. Thank you to John and the organising team.

The Highlands Were Stunning, but our Guide Was the Highlight - I just finished a 5-day Highlands bus tour and it was one of the most unique experiences I've ever had. The destinations were beautiful, and the BnBs we stayed in were all lovely, but what really made it unforgettable was our driver/guide, Ben. He was patient, funny, and always went the extra mile. He adapted to the group, added little surprises and extra stops, and made sure we got the most out of the trip. He made everyone feel safe and comfortable, and he has such a clear, engaging way of telling stories that you can’t help but want to listen. You can tell he genuinely cares and his passion for Scotland and history shines through at every occasion. Always on time, open to feedback, and super flexible if plans needed to change last minute, Ben truly made the whole experience special.

Exceptional Experience! - We took the 5-day Highland Experience's Scottish Choice tour from Edinburgh. We could not have asked for a better guide or a better group to share our highland experience with. Everything about this 5 day trip was exceptional. Kenny K is an amazing guide - knowledgeable, funny and just a great guy to be around. The accommodations booked by Highland Experience Tours were top notch. The sites were amazing and Kenny's ability to maneuver around all of the other tours for best viewing or to take us to out of the way places really made for the best possible experience. This tour was priced very reasonably especially considering the number of sites visited. I can not recommend Highland Experience Tours enough and if you're lucky enough to get Kenny K as your guide you are in for an unforgettable experience!

The Magical Highlands - The Scottish Highlands , a land of untamed beauty, where rugged mountains meet misty lochs and purple heather covered moors , evoke a sense of awe and wonder. Our 5 day tour under Hugh’s guidance transformed the magical landscape into a living, breathing storybook filled with enchanting tales . It was indeed an experience of lifetime!

Bonnie, bonnie Scotland covered by heather - My 5yo daughter and I had the most amazing trip to the Scottish highlands and the Isle of Skye. Our tour guide Hugh was funny, knowledgeable and very, very kind. He showed us the most beautiful places and told us old legends and tales. Scotland feels like home, it always welcomes you into its embrace and gives you a feeling that you can finally breathe. The glens, the lochs — we’ve seen so many and Hugh made sure we stopped in all the right places in the right time, avoiding big crowds. I would go with the Highlands Experience over and over again, as I appreciate a lot how they operate and how they provide the cosiest accommodations. Thank you Hugh and the team for this amazing journey!

Save yourself and book the other tour company. - Save your time and book with the other company you were debating on. Did not learn any history with this group tour at all. I had to do a lot of research when i would get back to our B&B. Please be caution when you’re booking with multiple people. Even though, if you contact them and double check with them - they would not put you together even though it’s what you paid for. Also, book your own location. They b&b/hotels are not that good. Everything will break on you and it will make you freak out. Our other members from the tour had the same experience.

Hyland Expereicne Tours should be ashamed of themselves - When I signed up for his tour through Get Your Guide, it explained a tour that would fill us with the rich 5000 year history of the Highlands The first thing our guide Craig did was apologize for not knowing anything about the places we were going or about the Highlands. The day before was the first time he'd driven the route as a recon mission, and we were his first five day tour. He'd never even done an overnight before. I was in the front seat, and before we left, the bus started making a weird noise. When Craig asked his supervisor about it, he said he'd get him a new bus at our next stop. That never happened. Instead, we had to endure five days of a loose fan belt, which sounded like an electric drill. When that wasn't happening, there was a swoshing sound like an ocean machine was on. This made it difficult to understand the already heavy Scotland accent of our driver. Two of the place we were supposed to visit did not allow large buses. Craig sweet talked one of them into letting us stop because he was new. Our accommodations were spread out all over the areas we stopped with some not within walking distance to restaraunts for dinner. I called Get Your Guide, whom I booked the tour through and explained all of this, requesting a refund. Hyland Experience lied, saying all their drivers are well seasoned and knowledgable. Craig isn't even on thier website, he's so new. I love Get Your Guide as they respectfully refunded a part of the tour when Hyland Experience refused to acknowledge the problem and discontent customer.
