Lind and Lime Gin is crafted from the expertise, tradition, and industrious spirit of Edinburgh, particularly its historic distilling area in Leith. The guiding principle in all their creations is ‘balance’.

During a 75-minute experience:

• Delight in a signature Gin and Tonic upon arrival.

• Discover the fascinating stories behind the creation of Lind and Lime Gin.

• Participate in the bottling process by operating the capsule spinner, filling, and labeling your own 5cl bottle of Lind and Lime Gin.

• Sit back, pay attention, and craft your ideal Gimlet.
