- Glencoe - The captivating Glencoe is a must-visit for many travelers to Scotland. We’ll pause for a few photo opportunities as we journey through the picturesque valley. A longer stop at the Glencoe Visitor Centre allows for a delightful lunch and further exploration of the area.
- Glenfinnan - Revel in the stunning views of the Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Glenfinnan Monument overlooking Loch Shiel. From April to October, witness the Jacobite Steam Train crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct, and hopefully capture a photo of this iconic scene. (Please Note: The Jacobite steam train will not operate from 1st to 5th September 2025.)
- Fort William - As we pass through Fort William, keep an eye out for Ben Nevis, which majestically overlooks the town.
- Perthshire - We will make a stop in the Perthshire area for evening refreshments.

Incredible tour - I was worried as a solo traveler without a car that I would miss seeing the Scottish highlands and the Glenfinnan Viaduct, but I was wrong. Discover Scotland Tours had the perfect 1-day tour that allowed me to see so much of this beautiful country. Ron was an excellent guide, navigating us through more of the countryside when an accident on the road ahead caused us to divert to avoid traffic. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire day. The small bus was a perfectly sized tour to make personal interactions possible while being budget friendly. I would recommend this tour group to anyone and everyone!

Astonishing Scotland - The tour was one of the best i've ever had, our guide Kyel was really nice, making the way between locations easy with his jokes and interesting notes about Scotland. In breaks we were enjoying some scotish songs. Landsape, mountains were absolutely astonishing. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the tour! Highly recommending.

Discover Scotland for the best day tour! - It's difficult to put into words how wonderful our tour was to the Highlands and Glenfinnan with Fionn as our tour guide. Fionn is a national treasure. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and a joy to listen to as he told us interesting facts and cool stories. The music was also a nice treat, as he played traditional music and slowly moved towards radio hits that most of us did not know were by Scottish musicians.
The bus was very comfortable, with huge clean windows to take in the views. The stops were well timed, and ample time was given to get that perfect picture. The views were just stunning, pictures cannot do them justice at all (I wish I could convince everyone to see Loch Shiel). I picked Discover Scotland specifically for the time allowed at the main stops, as they were much longer than other tour companies, without making the day too long or the bus ride feel cumbersome. I was so pleased with that decision. I would take a tour with Discover Scotland again in a heartbeat!

Worth Your Time! - Nothing but good things to say about my tour! I went on the tour to Glenfinnan Viaduct and Glencoe. John, our guide, was great. He gave us a lot of interesting information about the places we visited. Very worthwhile trip!

Highly recommend Jamie - We had an amazing trip with Jamie to Glencoe, Glenfinnan and Pitlochry. Jamie was super knowledgeable throughout the whole trip. He also played some great music and told stories with it. Jamie had a great sense of humor and made the trip fun for everyone. I would highly recommend.

The best day of my trip to Scotland - I could not have asked more from a one day trip. The trip was well planned, the group size (11 of us that day) perfect, the car comfortable. The scenery was outstanding. And our guide, Ron - he totally put the cherry on the top with his vibrant stories about the wildlife, history, mythology, art, culture, architecture, and nature. This was money spent better than well.
Apparently, this is a family-run small local company, and one can tell that from the fine touches. Would definitely choose them if going again!
