Must do tour - Our full day in the Scottish Highlands was absolutely unforgettable. Brian, our tour guide, did a phenomenal job bringing the history and landscapes to life—his knowledge and storytelling made every stop even more meaningful. The highlight of the day was definitely visiting Doune Castle, followed by a lovely lunch in Inveraray. The scenery throughout the Highlands was breathtaking, with stunning views at every turn. It’s truly a must-see when you’re in Scotland. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty and history of the Highlands in one day.

Hurray for Wee Stevie - Most of our visit to Scotland was spent in Edinburgh proper but it was a delight to see the Highlands and more castles. Inverary is eye popping. Our driver and guide, Wee Stevie is delightful and he made the 10 hours on the bus fly by. There are many opportunities to get off and walk around. The scenery is gorgeous.

Today’s tour was... - Today’s tour was fantastic! Our group was mid-sized… around 12, so the Mercedes Sprinter van was just right with space to move a bit if needed. Our driver, Stevie, was one of the best hosts I’ve had on a tour like this. He was very knowledgeable about the stops and the related history, showed us a few things not other drivers would (aka the “lazy tree”), and was extremely funny. The trip started at 0830 and we were back around 1900. Yes, it was a long day, but it didn’t feel like it. I highly recommend this tour, and if Stevie is your host, you’re up for a great day, lots of laughs, awesome sites, and will definitely lear something new.
