Highly recommended tour of the Highlands. - Fantastic tour. My guide, Jerry, made me feel welcome and had extensive knowledge of the area and it's past. I was delighted that he went off the itinerary to show me a couple of beautiful locations.

Transport with music - David our driver was very gracious and accommodating. My granddaughter’s wanted to listen to music on our drive to Airbnb the music he chose made their 1st day great.

Convenient transportation for tired travelers - My family and I used this car service when we arrived at the Edinburgh Airport. I was contacted twice by drivers the day prior because someone had mixed up our date of arrival, number of passengers and destination. That said, the mix up was straightened out and our driver, Martin, met us at the airport even though our flight arrived late. Our family was tired from traveling for 18 hours so it was a relief to have the convenience of the car service and Martin was courteous and helpful.

Don’t expect fancy - Car was basically an uber xl taxi type with signs on back of seats requesting tip. Driver did communicate via text at airport and was on time. Just get a taxi at the airport. It’s the same thing and cheaper.

Non-existent - No idea . Vendor cancelled while we were flying to Edinburgh. Driver suddenly sick. No one else available.

Do not use car transfers that are not taxis, even if they are parked there. They charge more than what was agreed - In the place where the taxi sign directs you, you find a large screen and a uniformed girl who tells you, according to the transfer information, the price. He told us between 30 and 36 pounds and the driver charged us 42 because there was a lot of traffic. It didn't accept cash. We argued for a while and paid to get the luggage back.
