• Cocora Beach - A 10-minute drive will take you to Cocora Beach, ideal for family beachside BBQs, short walks, and safe swimming. The beach welcomes pets. Discover Aboriginal heritage by exploring the Bundian Way Story Trail, an ancient pathway.
• Ben Boyd Tower - An hour’s drive leads to Ben Boyd Tower. Follow the gentle walking track and boardwalk around the impressive Boyds Tower. Learn about Benjamin Boyd, who constructed the tower, which was never commissioned as a lighthouse.

Examine the historic tower to see a section missing due to lightning. Boyd’s name is inscribed on the crest. Nearby, two lookouts offer stunning views—one over the Pacific Ocean and the other over Twofold Bay. During whale watching season (June - November), you might witness whales showcasing their acrobatics in Twofold Bay. Enjoy a picnic at the informal picnic area.

• Davidson Whaling Station - A 30-minute drive brings you to the historic try-works, where blubber was processed, and offers insights into the whaling operation. A short walk to the beach allows for a picnic, swimming, or simply enjoying the sand.

This is an ideal spot for a picnic lunch featuring tea, coffee, GF frittata, FG sweets, and fruit, with special dietary needs accommodated upon request.

• The Pinnacles - A 1-hour drive leads to a short, flat, 500m walk offering a bird’s-eye view of the Pinnacles. The white sands indicate an ancient water table level, while the red gravel clay above is rust (iron oxide). Two lookouts provide views south to Lennards Island and north to Haycock Point.
