Improve communication with the coordinator and the tourist - Very good everything and coordination Only all of a sudden the coordinator left and didn't warn, I got anxious because I thought she was gone. Then I contacted the wsp they sent me and came back I should let you know what management looks like since I thought you were gone. On the way back he told me he went to drop off other passengers. OK but you have to warn Thanks 🙂 the rest all very good!!! Car, driver, arrival at the hotel great

Not recommend to tourist - After confirming details of pick up via whats app, a driver showed up a day before i arrived. I informed the driver that they arrived on the wrong day and asked for confirmation that there would be a driver waiting on the following day, I was then informed i would have to pay more money. I was charged full amount and denied a refund although i was not picked up. I do not recommend this service to any tourist.

Scam - We never get the transfer the person who receives us said the car had a problem . And we paid for 2 people and she has 2 more people waiting for the car. THis is a SCAM di not use this company. I got ther at 12:30 am and i was supposed to wait one hour to wait for another car. Of course we didn’t wait. And they said that so you leave in a taxi. Big mistake to booked them.
