• Te Ra’ai - At Te Ra’ai, guests will experience an authentic Rapa Nui night that blends tradition, flavor, and dance. The evening kicks off with a presentation of the traditional “Umu Pae” — an underground Polynesian cooking method (similar to a curanto) that highlights the deep connection between food and nature on Easter Island. The restaurant show starts at 8:30 PM.
