- Seven Sisters Country Park - The walk will proceed from Seaford Head to Cuckmere Haven, with a stop at Hope Gap. If tides allow, there will be a descent to the beach, offering magnificent views of The Seven Sisters’ white cliffs.
- Cuckmere Haven - The journey continues along the picturesque River Cuckmere to the Seven Sisters Visitors Centre.
- Saltmarsh Farmhouse & Cafe - A 45-minute break is scheduled for drinks and lunch (not included) at the Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Walkers can also purchase souvenirs and learn about the local area at the centre.
A brief walk from the Visitors Centre provides stunning views of the winding Cuckmere River. A short, steep walk leads to Friston Forest, followed by a descent back to Cuckmere Haven on the South Downs Way.
- Chyngton Farm - The return to Seaford Bay is via Chyngton Farm, passing expansive fields of sheep and cattle, offering a third breathtaking view of the Seven Sisters. There is an option to visit Brewsters Coffee Co. at Seaford Head for those who wish to pause.
The descent passes through Seaford Head Golf Club, a favorite spot for the guide, Matt! Upon returning to the Seafront, Matt will gladly accompany participants to one of his preferred Public Houses to enjoy a pint of one of the many excellent local ales.

All walks offer breathtaking views of the Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head, and Cuckmere Haven. Your guide, Matt, will lead you to hidden gems known only to locals, featuring seascapes, magnificent white cliffs, rivers, forests, quaint villages, farmland, and Downland hills. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking!
For those who prefer a less strenuous experience, there is an option to take a bus back to Seaford after lunch, ensuring the walk remains enjoyable and not overly challenging.
