Strong recommendation +++++ - Absolutely fantastic experience! The booking process was seamless, the communication spot-on, and everything ran exactly as described. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate — we felt well taken-care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable outing!

Enjoyed every minute - Geat half-day tour. Excellent guide in Fiona. Wildlife Park was best I have visited. Wouldn't hesitate to do another tour.

Swan Valley Treat - Fiona was our driver and guide.
Our group was a party of six, we were all treated as individuals.
Our personal enjoyment and experiences were documented for us through our Guide taking photos for us.
A wildlife park sanctuary was visited, with wine tasting happening and a Swan Valley chocolate tasting and shop happening.

Interesting and fun! - Fred was a great guide! He was friendly and knowledgeable! We had a wine tasting and visited a delicious chocolate factory. The wildlife park was great — saw animals we hoped to see in Australia — kangaroos, koalas, and Tasmanian devils. Fun afternoon!

Good wild life experience - The wild life experience was great. Provided opportunities to be up close with some of the animals like koalas and wombats. Skip the queue was well.

Average tour - Caversham wildlife park and chocolate factory was great, we got to jump the queues the guide was knowledgeable but we missed the sheep shearing (farm show). The winery experience was average, we only went to one winery and it was 10 minutes to closing time therefore we were rushed. We were also only taken to one winery despite ad suggesting we were going to multiple. Description suggested that we would pass bell tower, Elizabeth Keys and also go to casino after but nothing was mentioned. Overall quite an average tour.

Didn't turn uo - Useless - trip cancelled 15 mins before pickup time and by email
Said they had tried to phone me but I had no missed calls ! Tried the contact number they gave me but office closed for the day

There was no experience. Cancelled within 40 minutes of leaving and so far no refund. Don’t touch this company - Disgusting! Trip cancelled with 40 minutes, as yet no sign of a refund… never use this company or book through trip advisor
