Tour guide was very nice and worked well with the children. Animals were healthy, happy and well taken care of.
This place is awesome. We took the early bird tour with a small group of people. Gwen was our tour guide and was great. She was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. They have many animals that i had never seen before and many that you can pet. The water buffalo was super friendly and loved attention. I surprised my wife with a sloth encounter which was worth every penny. Definitly will be back.
The whole experience was a WOW!!! Loved Gwen and her knowledge and expertise around the animals! It was so fun basically being in our own back yard and seeing such amaZing animals. The zoo was so clean and nice and the animals were all clean and well taken care of. Our grandbabies were awe struck and are still talking about the trip 2 weeks later. They loved the monkeys the most and the Water Buffalo. My fave was the tortoise when you scratched his shell he loved it! And the porcupines were all so cute and we loved Lurch! It was quite an experience! Thanks again for having us!
Enjoyed the experience. Property was clean and animals were well cared for. Enjoyed that the guide took time to answer questions and talked about individual animals' personalities.
Our tour guide was very informative and engaging. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and cares for all of the animals She was letting other staff/volunteers know that it would be the hottest day of the year so far. Which shows care and concern for both the humans and animals
Although it was hot, this was worth the trip. The tour was informative and fun. There were kids from kindergarten to teens as well as senior adults. Each person was able to touch an animal if they were comfortable. The staff were professional and kind.
We had a wonderful time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and you could truly tell that the animals were well cared for an loved. My husband and I went last weekend and we have recommended the tour to several people already. We would definitely go again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable guide through your exotic zoo. Everyone seems experienced and animals well cared for. I'm excited to come back with my daughters home school group in the fall.
Nice place to take the family. Nick did a great job on our tour.
