Excursion Mai Chau - responsive agency Very good communication. Punctual. The car took us to our hotel and took us to Mai Chau. Splendid 2h free visit to the bucolic site with ruined temples. Drop-off at the hotel or place you want.

Private car from Hoi An to Hue, great service - We just had yesterday a trip from Hoi An to Hue with several stops, and we were really happy with the service we got. Our driver Duy was supportive and helpful, he was not speaking a perfect english, but we managed to discuss everything. Hoi Van Pass and My Son sanctuary were amazing can recommend to everyone. Also would thank for the great support we had from Cheryl, we had to make some changes in the itinary and she handled them great. Thank you, Balint and Zsuzsi

Best way to go - We used BNT to get from Hue to Hoi An stopping at a few places along the way. Cheryl was great throughout, helping us with our itinerary and timing, and checking in to make sure all was well. Out driver, Bin, was also great with decent English. He negotiated an oil spill in the rain on Hai Van Pass like a pro and came to our rescue with an umbrella from nowhere when we got caught in the rain. Thanks a lot.

Hue to Hoi An, with 5 stunning stops along the way, including marble Mountain and stunning views - We had a fabulous trip with our driver and friend”Bi”, the car is so spacious and comfortable and we loved having WiFi in the car while travelling to easy connect to fast signal for streaming pics live as we travelled, I loved the personal touch we had with The car and driver, discussing life in Vietnam and stopping we wanted to at anytime. This trip I give 5 stars for comfort, scenery and tourism advice. Made our journey from Hue to Hoi an memorable.

Excellent service from a five star travel operator - We chanced upon Bnt Travel via TripAdvisor. This came from all the excellent reviews/acolades it revived from past travellers.
From the moment we started texting the company to ask for a quote, the service provided by Ms Tam was explenary. She was responsive in her WhatsApp messages and emails and wss able to provide a competitive quote. This was the reason why we chose this agency over another equally competent travel operator.
Prior to the day of our tours (we took 2 tours from Bnt: 1) Hai Vân Pass, Khai Din Tomb, Citadel and 2) My Son Sanctuary, Ms Tam will text us and provide us with the details of what time and where to meet. She will also text us at the end of each tour to check with us if we have any feedback or if we have enjoyed the tour. This is indeed a truly caring tour operator who places the client's well being first.
A special shutout to our driver - Simon. He is by far, one of the best drivers I experienced to date. Truly knowledgeable in local culture and food (which my family loves), Simon who is able to speak good English, shared with us almost all aspect of the Vietnamese life, culture and food during our 3.5 hours of drive from Hue to Hoi An. He even brought us to a nice local seafood restaurant during our last leg of travel from Hoi An to Lang Co. Highly recommended for anyone who only needs a driver to bring you around but yet, would like to have a "guide".
All in all, we are very satisfied with the service of Bnt Travel and would strongly recommend this tour operator to everyone!

Multiple trip with BNT - I contacted with Ms Tam in advance for my multiple trip , any email , any request was speedy responses , Ms Tam organised everything to my request with little details.
I had 5 driver in total , all of them are excellent driver , all of my trip was under heavy rain . Young driver NINH, he was amazing, kindly, friendly and polite as well . Mr Phu drove me from Hoi An to Hue under terrible weather, he drove slowly and safely, friendly conversation all the way made us very comfortable.
On Hue tour day Mr Bi drove us in same weather,heavy rain again , we were so happy with his experience for driving and kindly talked to us as a tour guide even we didn't pay any for tour guide.
Highly recommend for everyone who need a professional organisation for multiple trip please ask for Ms Tam , she able to help you with any request. Met 5 driver in total , we are happy with all of them .
Thanks BNT travel in general and thanks again to Ms Tam and all the drivers who made my trip in terrible weather completed in safety .
