Great day tour! - This was a brilliant trip. Picked up by the lovely Bule from our h guesthouse and then spent the day visiting the following: PheZulu cultural village, reptile park and city tour. The Zulu talks and dance demonstration were great - very interesting. The Reptile park, although small, was also interesting and we had a lively hide take us around and talk to us about the reptiles. The Bule took us in a drive tour around Durban where we saw a lot! He was very informative and explained a lot to us - including some Zulu words. We were the only people on this trip and as such it was much more personal. Brilliant day - thank you :)

Action Packed Day in Durban! - We were very impressed with this tour, which gave us the opportunity to see many interesting attractions in Durban, tour Victoria Street Market, the gorgeous botanical gardens, and the Apartheid museum in addition to PheZulu. Our guide Freddie was so excellent, knowledgeable and professional that we booked a second tour with him the following day. Great experience!

A thorough overview of Durban. - Actually the visit to the Botanical Gardens was a highlight. Our guide, Alain, went out of his way to make sure we witnessed all the best things in his city.

Great one day tour of Durban - A great tour for us visiting Durban for a day from our cruise ship. Our guide was excellent and we really enjoyed this wide ranging tour which included a drive through the suburbs to the Zulu village and the reptiles as well as an extensive tour around Durban covering all the sights. Highly recommended.

The PheZulu Cultural Village tour is interesting to go - The PheZulu cultural village is very interesting and to take contact with the African culture. The city tour in Durban has nothing much to do, it is great to have an idea of the city and so but nothing special.

Good day, amazing Zulu Show! - We loved the Zulu Show and the reptile park - it was way better than even expected! Then our guide showed us a lot of durban as well which was great to also get an overview of the city! Unfortunately, we didn’t go to the Apartheid museum.

Avoid this operator - Very poor tour. We were told 9am pickup from our hotel and the guide showed up at 8:20am. We felt pressured to go immediately so we didn't have breakfast then we found out we were the only people on the tour. Also they charged us an extra R400 ($40) for pickup even though we were 15 mins from their office and we are the only people on the tour! Driver said he normally has his wife there as the guide and he just drives but she wasn't there. Explainations were very basic. We didn't vist the Town Hall, Stadium or uShaka Village Walk. We were given no time for lunch either which is not acceptable on a 7 hour tour. Not to mention we both felt car sick from his very jerky driving. Stay away from the tour. Worst tour I've had on Viator in 10 years.

Find Another Tour - Don't waste your money! The itinerary is misleading. It identifies 2 hours at each of these locations, the Safari Park(Cultural Show) and the Valley of a 1000 Hills. The locations are one and the same. The Shopping experience was less than desirable. The driver indicated the tour would end at 2 pm, although the itinerary shows 8 hours and 15 minutes of tour time. I complained to the driver, and he adjusted so that we could at least see those landmarks listed. The cultural village show is weak; time could be better spent doing something else.
