Wake up early for nothing - After booking a Saturday afternoon for Monday morning 7:30 am our activity, we got up at 6 am more than eager for this outing which was going to be great. It was not our surprise when, on the phone, Polo told us at 7:50 that he had not received any reservations. Technical errors can happen, but a “I check and call you back” followed by an email cancelling our outing and more news is absolutely not acceptable at this rate. I find this really regrettable...
