Great day trip - We booked 2 trips with the company in the time that we spent in Dubrovnik. I must say everything was great - the guide was fun and helpful and even the hours long bus ride passed quickly with the beautiful views of croatia and montenegro. All in all a great experience💪

a paradise on earth:-) - Wow this island Korcula and the area are exceptional. You can't miss this place. I found that everything had been well arranged for pick-up and pick-up by boat etc. no expectations and well organized. The only point to improve is that the guide talked a little too much and often repeated the same thing but in no way did it negatively affect my experience.

Good trip to Korcula! - Ivan was a great tour guide and driver! He gave us a lot of information about Croatia and Dubrovnik. Ston was amazing, such a beautiful village, and the ramparts were truly stunning! I wish we had had more time to go and experience walking "on the walls!" Then Korcula; the boat to cross from land to Korcula was waiting for us, and we arrived in this beautiful village, with so much character, and a great church, with an opportunity to climb the church tower from which the views were beautiful! Great opportunity also to go for a swim! Then back to land and off to taste wine. The winery was very nice, and the reception was nice too, but the wines were not great; everyone on the tour that tasted the 3 wines, came to that same conclusion; however we could see that other "wine tasters" were offered different wines which, according to the price list on the wall, were more expensive - and probably better. This was a bit of a disappointment, but the tour group was very "happy together" and we still had a good time.

Lovely place, mediocre tour - Korcula is a wonderful place and the stop at the winery was enjoyable. However the hours spent on the bus were quite uncomfortable on account of the tight seating and every seat being taken. The boat that made the crossing to Korcula seemed like a barely seaworthy fishing boat. And Tatiana, our “guide” was from Argentina, spoke little English and no Croatian, and didn’t know much about the places we were going to. She might as well not have accompanied us since she offered NO useful information.

No AC, a sketchy boat, and poor planning - There was a group of 18-20 of us with a driver and our tour guide, Anet, who said she was with Sombrero travel, not Deep Green. We were a mix of Spanish and English speakers, so Anet had to say everything 2x. We stopped in Ston for about 45 minutes, which was enough time for a coffee and a quick walk around. We then drove to Perna to take a boat to Korcula. The dropoff at Perna was a construction site, and we had to walk about 5 minutes to the boat. The boat was serviceable but pretty tight. Luckily, the trip across to Korcula was quick. In Korcula, Anet led us on a quick tour and told us where to find the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of time to explore. After taking the boat back to Perna, we drove to Bezek winery, for a tasting. This was lovely! Finally we were driven home. The pick-up and drop-offs were poorly organized, included multiple transfers where we had to wait in the sun, and extended the trip by over an hour. I was picked up at 7:40am and did not get home until around 5:45pm. Lastly, our sprinter van had no AC. I was in front but the people in the back were very hot. For the ride home to Dubrovnik, some guests were offered a different vehicle with working AC but not all of us.

Disappointing - Korcula island is so beautiful and a must- see! However, this tour was a disappointment. First of all, check with the vendor. It is advertised as wheelchair and stroller accessible. It is most certainly not. The van is small and there is a half mile walk in the middle of a construction site to get to the boat. The boat is old and difficult to get on and off as there is no "gangplank". The tour guide was loud and impatient often clapping her hands at the group and telling at us to listen or hurry up. And she talked NONSTOP. It was annoying to all in the group. Wine tasting stop was just ok.

Buyer beware - I almost never write negative reviews but this needs to be said so others don’t waste a day of vacation. First of all, don’t believe the listing that says wheelchair and stroller accessible. You are climbing steps, walking a dirt path to access the boat and then trying to climb aboard. The boat barely looked seaworthy so thankfully the water was calm for the 10 minute ride. The tour leader was very controlling and acted like she was herding a group of kindergartners. She had to repeat everything in Spanish as well as English so she talked the first 4 hours or so. One of the other families on the tour had an older lady who had injured her knee recently and was wearing a knee brace. The tour leader kept saying “can’t you walk faster?” although she was keeping up with the group. I could go on but will just leave it that this was a very disappointing tour not worth the time or money. A better trip would be to take the ferry to Korcula and explore on your own.
