Memorable Mostar and Kravice - Visited Kravice Falls and Mostar with Joanna our guide. Very friendly, informative and helpful with all nationalities. Jennan our English guide at Mostar was well informed and very personal guide regarding the history and experiences involving the city. You wont be disappointed. Well worth the visits.

10/10 - Excellent, highly recommend, I wish I could have stayed longer at both destinations but that would take the total trip time to well over 12hrs. The guides on the bus in Mostar were excellent.

Wonderful experience - Our main guide Carmen was so friendly, funny and charming. She’s from Peru but by now is very knowledgeable about this region of the world. She was an asset to this tour. We booked the night before and must have secured the last 2 seats. Lucky for us to get to see Mostar and Kravice Waterfalls. In Mostar, our local guide Dženan was fantastic and shared some very personal experiences from the war while also showing us the major sights and expertly navigating our large group through old town. Keep in mind the bus ride is long but comfortable and air conditioned. Passport check is still required as of Sept 2025 and that can be lengthy too.

Recommended day tour! - Really well organised trip, no delays and very friendly tour guide. It was a great opportunity to see a glimpse of Bosnia and know that I definitely want to return for a lengthier stay!! Informative and just all around a good day out!

One day experience to always remember - Very good experience with our guide Joana friendly and close all the way and driver Juanito, tb a marvel. The day has been very good and they have accompanied us in everything with great joy, making our visit a time to remember with affection. Great everything!

Fantastic visit with a very competent Spanish speaking guide. - The change of the order of the excursion visiting the late waterfalls was not fortunate, as they were between dol and shadow detracting from the show.

非常不專業的旅行社 Very unprofessional travel agency. - 導遊與司機針對台灣國籍是否有免簽完全不清楚 另外司機態度很差，無法理解 導遊只相信手機AI資訊 即使我拿出波士尼亞外交旅遊官網資訊 表示台灣免簽，依然只相信AI整合資訊 你們不知道貴國有許多詐騙簽證網站，任何國籍都會顯示需要簽證嗎？ 這麼大公司，請問你們沒有任何一個國籍與是否免簽的對應表嗎？ 最後導遊只說一句： 如果你堅持，你可以上車，但要自己負責 因此在過海關之前，我想當緊張與不愉快 直到順利過海關後，導遊只回我一句“看起來資訊要更新了”，一句抱歉也沒有 非常不專業且歧視的公司 The tour guide and driver were completely unaware of whether Taiwanese nationals are visa-exempt. In addition, the driver had a very poor attitude, which was unacceptable. The tour guide only trusted information provided by mobile AI tools. Even when I showed official information from the Bosnian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stating that Taiwan is visa-exempt, she still insisted on believing the AI-generated information. Are you not aware that there are many fraudulent visa websites that falsely indicate all nationalities require a visa? As such a large company, do you not have an official reference table for visa requirements by nationality? In the end, the tour guide only said, “If you insist, you can get on the bus, but you’ll be responsible for yourself.” Because of this, I felt extremely anxious and uncomfortable before passing through immigration. After I successfully cleared immigration, the guide merely said, “It seems the information needs to be updated,” without offering any apology. This was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from your company.

Wasted day - Very long drive with over 45 minutes st the border each way with no line. I cant imagine if its busy. The tour started out with is standing at the bus stop for the address supplied and it was the wrong one After much calling, finally found the correct spot. The town of Mostar was crowded and expensive eeve. Though we were told it was chesp. The waterfall was beautiful but walking path littered with garbage. Please dont waste your very long day doing this trip. We were gone 12 hours, most spent on the bus.

Unfortunately no one came... - Unfortunately no one came to the pick up spot to get me. I also tried to contact the tour company and no one responded. 🤷🏽‍♀️
