On time, clean - Exactly on time in the pick up location, car was nice and clean and safe driving. Not much else to say

Excellent service - Communication was excellent, driver was waiting for us at the airport, he was very friendly and a helpful driver.

Happy I signed up for a ride! - It was wonderful to have someone meet me at the airport after a long flight. My driver was delightful and answered all my many questions about her country. I would highly advise anyone flying in to sign up for a ride with o their accommodations.

Great experience - The driver was waiting for me at the airport. When we drove to my apartment, we could not find the building. The driver was very patient and helpful. He called the management company and was able to find the place. He also offered tips for my stay and answered all the questions I had.

Highly recommend!! - Picked up by pleasant young man who was helpful and very efficient. Got a bit of info about the city and area.

Okay trandfer - Driver was fine. Only issue is we were dropped off a little short of our stay location which caused a little difficulty in finding my accommodation but since it was near info office we got further directions to find our place.

Missed pickup and frustrated. - I gave our driver instructions on when our plane was scheduled to arrive, the airline and flight number as well as my phone number. The flight was delayed about 35 minutes. He tried to call me but I was airborne and did not receive the call. Another member of our party arrived arrived 15 minutes before we did. They did not see anyone with a sign. The driver said he waited for some period of time, decided we were no shows and left. If he had checked the airline, he could have seen that the flight was delayed and what our new arrival was. We were stranded without a ride. I called the Viator help line and was advised to take a taxi to our hotel which I did for a $60 fee. I requested a refund but was advised that was not possible. I would be glad to reimburse the driver for gas money but I am very disappointed about how this was managed. James Holman

Worst customer service and will never book through Viator again. - Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a simple transport. After trying to communicate with the operator as my flight came in much earlier than expected, the operator simply said in a very short email they were busy. No discussion, no apologies or further communication. Will never book through Viator again.

Terrible customer relations. My arrival date is August 31 not June 18. Just a typo! - There was a mistake in arrival date and company refused to adjust date, although I called and wrote and wrote many times
