a good example of how to put a lot into a small space and the difference a good tourguide can make - A really enjoyable time. The tour guide Pauline was excellent -she made everyone laugh, adults and children but also was able to change tone perfectly where the topic was serious. The place packs a lot of stuff into a small area, the building is beautiful, the location excellent.

Must see hidden Gem!!! - What a little hidden gem! This was a fantastic stop on the sight seeing bus and great value for money! The tour guide was fantastic and had great chat and made us laugh! It was so informative and gave us some great insight into the history of Dublin! the guided tour was only about 30 minutes but after that you were free to browse each room yourself and it only being a small crowd in each tour, you weren't fighting to see anything! a must see in Dublin City centre to learn some great history that you might not hear about elsewhere! I think our tour guide was called Euan, can't be too certain on that, but they were fantastic!!!!

Lovely way to spend the morning in Dublin - This was a delightful way to spend a morning! Sean was a most excellent and friendly guide. I enjoyed the personal approach to the tour and the integrated humor throughout. I learned a lot without even realizing it! The staff are very friendly, and the house is beautiful! I highly recommend and will be bringing my family when we come back to visit!

Best museum in Dublin - This is the best tour and museum I have visited in Dublin! Not to be missed! Run by enthusiastic and fun staff, you feel super welcome as soon as you walk through the door, while you immerse yourself in Irish history through this incredible collection of memorabilia and historical artifacts hanging on the walls, a breathtaking setting! Our guide was Cal, who explained the history to us with passion, humor, and ease. It was fantastic, I would like to thank him for getting everyone in the room involved, he is really talented! The best thing for me on this tour was actually his performance.

The BEST little museum in Dublin - worth a visit. - This museum was part of my hop-on, hop-off ticket so I went, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a museum focusing on what those who live (and lived) in Dublin feel are important things to let visitor's know about so it had a lot of info you wouldn't normally get in other museums or general histories of Dublin. I recommend doing the tour instead of self-guided. Pauline, my guide, was funny as well as super informative. It was the highlight of my visit to Dublin.

For the right audience, a great intro to Dublin - For first timers to Dublin, kids, or those not overly serious about history, a great intro to the long and storied story of the city. You basically sit in two rooms full of artifacts that are too high to see or don’t have time to see, and listen to a very animated soliloquy about the people, the places, and all the fighting over both. Our guide was super although I missed 50% of it because he talked so fast. Overall enjoyable and a gift shop with non-trashy items as souvenirs or gifts.
