Great your, great beer, great food - We really enjoyed this tour. Extremely informative and on our own pace 209 euros for 4 adults. Took about 2 hours for the tour. Learned to pour Guinness the right way! Then drink our own!! Also we ate in the restaurant and the good was excellent

We really enjoyed our... - We really enjoyed our experience at the museum and especially the tasting! We learned how to pour a Guinness beer correctly, and enjoy the pint of beer! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Even if you do not like beer, this experience is highly recommended!!

For Guinness Lovers, or not, LOL. - Great experience, the place is amazing, lots of things to do, besides the museum experience. Our "Pintman", Enrique, at the Gravity Bar was incredible and fluent in spanish by the way.

I enjoyed learning about... - I enjoyed learning about how Guinness is made but it felt it bit too touristy. The Guinness Experience was fun as it showed how to do a proper pour.

Very busy and enjoyed tasting and Academy - This was my first visit, but my partner and another couple I was travelling with mentioned that the tour has changed significantly since their last visit over 10 years ago. We booked the 12pm slot on Sunday, and it was extremely busy on all levels we spent a total on 3.5hrs here. I had expected to see the actual factory, which wasn’t part of the experience. The tasting experience and the Academy were enjoyable, as were the bar and the views, but I wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

Boring- not a working brewery - Actually, this tour was pretty boring. A ton to read floors decline people to wait for. The directions in the place are a mess so you’re always getting lost and trying to figure out where to go next. I did the Academy and that wasn’t that great. I’m assuming the person that hosted us was brand new. Honestly, you may want to pass up on this and do something else. I can’t recommend it.

Really poor experience now compared to 10 years ago - Went here 10years ago & it was amazing. Back then that experience was what captured my heart for Guiness. Now as you become experienced in drinking it …it’s like a good coffee shop (you go searching for the best) & become your own critic !! So now 10 years later the Guiness tour has dramatically changed …it’s way too commercial, before it was smaller groups & smaller more unique rooms with the taste & smell …now it’s just large stampedes of people every direction. On to the Guiness !! We booked the academy tickets with the chance to pour our own, the taste of the pint to say it’s a constant pour obviously with the amount of people going in to that place was so flat & bitter !! Like a stale pint of Guiness !! I couldn’t even force myself to drink it . So moved on up to the bar on the 7th floor with our free tickets giving it the benifit of the doubt that maybey it was just my own personal pour …but noooo the amount of people wasting their glasses said it all, we had 2 tickets so we took one Guiness & 1 hop house & yep the Guiness was terrible …it’s all just a tourist attraction & not about the actual final result ! Their was no coating in the glass once the pint was finished & it tasted trerrible, we took a hop house with the other ticket which was much better ! Once you’ve had a pint from Buttles bar in Belfast you’ll know just how good a proper pint is 👌

Never book with Viator again - Tickets for Guinness brewery purchased and these are refused on entry, lady on reception has advised to contact Viator as payment had not been made. We were unable to get in touch with Viator, no phone number in the confirmation email of was Guinnsess Brewery. After much insistence and 30 minutes later, the lady at the reception let us in anyway.
