The View is the observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, next to Nakheel Mall. The entrance to the building is on the roof of the mall, from where you take the elevator to the observation deck that in 240 meters above the palm island. Before you take the 3 minutes journey up to the deck, you can visit the interactive museum and gallery that will tell you the story about the creation of the Palm Jumeirah. Once you reach the deck, you get to see a 360o view of the Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf

Palm view experience - Fantastic view of the palm and a great insight into the construction and development of the palm I would recommend doing the peak time next time around 5pm but overall a great experience and will visit again

The View at the Palm, Jeremiah - Views, sunsets, man-made Palm islands, there is no other place on earth like this. Simply the best.

Amazing 360 view - Tha altitude allows you to see all around. I recommend pre booking your ticket. There isn't much waiting time to ascend and descend. There are toilets at the top along with restaurant and gift shop. You can have your photo taken as a souvenir at a cost. It's well worth the money and you can take as much time as you like.

Stunning views - Amazing views and beautiful sunset, wasn’t too busy which was also good. The only downside was getting there, the transport links are good, but there was a bit of a walk between stations through car parks. Was worth it for the views. I was celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary and it was very special.

Palm paradise - It is amazing how they engineered this palm island area. It was fantastic great presentation. Impressive. Built fast and seemed very efficient. Special vision.

Good experience but hot while waiting in line. - The experience was good, except it was so hot while waiting in line. We were sweating! I asked one of the Staff, why it was so hot and he said it was because of the screen. I don't think so, all other attractions have enormous screens but not as hot as this place. We paid a lot of money for this, we should be comfortable.

Mixed - The monorail has been out of order for more than a month so we can only get there by vehicle/uber/taxi.
The entrance is quite fluid and well organized, we go through different interactions before taking the elevator. The view is beautiful but in more ar the visibility is not Wouaw and it is impossible to photograph Palm tea entirely.
If you want to go for a walk at the marina near the Atlantis Hotel, you will need to plan a vehicle again because the monorail is broken!

Amazing view but be ready to queue !! - The lamount of queuing makes you want to give up in the experience. By the times we started the third queue and I realised this was only to see another video and not to take the lift to go to the top, I was ready to tell security to let me out and forget about it all! Once we finally managed to get up there and enjoy the experience, it was only to discover that we had to finally queue again to go all the way down 🙁

Tickets did not work and no refund given - So the ticket that you buy from this company is not working at the counter. Btw 110 Dirhams(at the counter)not 200+ or what i payed for it.
So i get from then a qr code that is not working. The lady at the counter says that i need to call the seller to activate the ticket. A bit unconfortable in front of the desk. Of course a refund is out of the question this is why the 1 star review. A bit disapointed on viator as well becase they didnt help but this is life..

The view at the palm - awful experience - This was a horrendous experience! It was clearly over booked as we queued for 2 hours in crammed conditions with very little air conditioning. Many people were struggling to cope, including myself and I am young, fit and healthy. I seriously considered just giving up and leaving the queue as it was so unpleasant. Only do this if you have a fast pass. The view at the top was good, but not worth the wait.
