Stunning views! - This trip was well worth doing for the information given in the interactive presentation and also the stunning views. Of course Dubai is always a bit hazy so the view wasn’t perfectly clear but that’s not something the tour operator has any control over! We should have started our monorail journey at Gateway but didn’t realise that so we only got the monorail from The mall to Atlantis. We then paid to get back which would have been the case anyway as it’s only a one way ticket. The company were very good at communicating and sending tickets by WhatsApp. We would recommend the trip.

The palm - You get the history of the palm before you go in,the views are amazing .we got the mono rail to the Altantis. Worth a look.

Ok, but ensure that you book peak times. Between 17:00-19:00 - Was an ok experience. We booked our tickets for 19:00. The ambience was excellent, but the view wasn’t great as expected. It was foggy, but still enjoyed as much as we could. The show explaining the built and project was enjoyable, and it set some expectations, but as it was foggy, we couldn’t enjoy the whole Dubai skyline from the top of the palm view. Nevertheless, it was an experience. When we made our visit to the Atlantis aquaventure theme park, we took a monorail ride to the nakheel mall, I felt that gave us a greater view of the palm compared to the Palm view we booked. So I would recommend a return ticket in monorail is more worth than this one.

I was not sent tickets in advance - I didn't get the tickets a day before, I wanted to go in the early day, but lost the most time by contacting to receive the tickets, they sent me at 10:00 am after a lot of insistence, I wanted to go in the first time and couldn't, delayed my script.

Worst experience. - Worst ever travel company on viator. They provided my ticket just only before 2 hours of the slot time. I asked them for the timing and the tickets by calling them, they did not receive the call or called me back. Messaging them continuously but they responded that they are searching for slot. What kind of business is this. I recommend no one to book from this sit.
