As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, I found myself boarding a sleek Abra boat at the Dubai Marina. The air was electric with anticipation, and the gentle lapping of the water against the hull set the perfect backdrop for what promised to be an unforgettable New Year’s Eve.
