Amazing Show - Wow, wow , wow never seen a show like it. So entertaining. Had my attention all throughout. I didn’t research it before going as these were a gift, I’m so glad I didn’t it was such a lovely experience and was a surprise, the stage, the water, the motorbikes wow the motorbikes, the flexibility of the performers amazing.i. Popcorn and drinks on the pricy side but to be expected.

A wonderous show - This was a very enjoyable evening for our party of aged 16 up to 78. The show was wonderous and exceptional and different from what we had seen before. We got our seats allocated only on arrival but they were good seats for silver tickets. I would definitely recommend.

Sensory Extravaganza - Be prepared for engulfing sound and light effects bringing an energetic, vibey and spectacular performance of acrobats, dare devils and dancers to life. Highly recommended.

Entertaining - This was a beautifully entertaining show. Impressive stage and some mind boggling acts in particular, the motorcycles. In a round cafe elevated fifteen to twenty feet in the air. Extremely well done and one of a kind. Highly recommended.

Amazing show! Must see! - The show is amazing! From stunts to dance everything was in there. This was certainly the level of a cirque du soleil show. We had gold tickets in the front row. This was actually a bit too far forward as a lot of 'in the air' happens. A place in the 4th/5th row would have been better. The show was very spectacular. Definitely recommended if you are in Dubai! Ps. In the front rows you can get wet...😂

I was hoping for more. - I was hoping for something else. The best thing was the pedal number going around. The number of the bikes is already well known. There was a 20’ outage without explanation but the function was resumed and completed

No respect for customers - I’ve never encountered such ignorance from a team before. They showed no respect to customers and no sympathy at all. We had 4 tickets for this show and due to the situation with the war that started at the beginning of March, our flights got cancelled and it was impossible to travel. While I understand a no-refund policy, due to this special situation I expected an exception. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with them, they did not find this reason good enough for a refund. All the other companies from which we purchased other tickets were happy to help with refunds, but I suppose this company does not respect customers enough to understand how much money they lost on this unfortunate event which was out of our control. Also, I would like to add that the team support was awful. I talked to 4 different agents and none of them bothered to mention that I could request a more detailed review from a higher team. Even the authorities in the UAE were very attentive to tourists who found themselves in this situation and offered assistance and support. Unfortunately, companies like this one did not show even the slightest respect or understanding for their customers, despite the circumstances being completely beyond our control.
