Lack of communication and wrong directions causing loss of time and money - Well, it was my first time using Viator to buy a ticket to drive a jet car. They just sent me a voucher with the location of the company that rent jet cars. One day before, these company sent me a WhatsApp message to confirm the time and I just replied with the confirmation. I got an Uber to go the location and try to find the company with 30 minutes earlier from the combined time that it was 10:00. After walking around the place, and have asked to other companies, I couldn't get to the place and send a message to these company Aqua Friends sports. For my surprise, they didn't answer me right away even being online status. After 30 minutes, after I insisted to call, they gave me a message saying I'M SORRY for the confusion, u re in the wrong place. So, I have to take another UBER, spending more than 50 AED to go to the correct location, and it took me more than 20 minutes. Before I getting there, they just sent another message to tell that weather was not good due to the winds, but I insisted to go with the jet car even in these conditions cause it was my last day. Well, after these very stressful event, I went in the sea with these jetcar and everything was fine due to my defensive and careful driving. So, if they really respect the customer, they should answer me when I got the wrong direction of meeting point and if the weather wasn't good they should cancel or warn me in advance. These company don't have any ethical and honest attitude towards on customers so I would never recommend them to any tourist who was supposed to be treated with respect. So AVOID these company called AQUA FUN SPORTS ADVENTURE and the VIATOR app that intermediate these tour giving wrong directions.
