Excellent Dubai tour- is a must!! - Excellent experience. Javed is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very good communicator. It was a great experience to see new and old Dubai. He is also a good photographer!!!

Phenomenal - Our tour guide was sensational!!! He was very knowledgeable and constantly interacted with us. He made us feel as if we were a part of his family. Most tour guides provide bottle water at room temperature. He had a cooler with cold iced water waiting for us after every destination. He even took the time to take us to places that was not a part of the original tour. It is the little details that made our experience all the more better. I would give him 10 stars if I could! highly recommend Ali.

Excellent Service and flexibility to meet our needs - We had few time to visit Dubai, because travelling bt cruise, and we decided to book a private tour.
In this case, form the begining, we have full flexibility to meet what we wanted, and spent a very good day visiting de major attractions of our interest.
I travel with chindren, and it's specially important that they like the tour, in order than they don't get bored. In this case, the liked a lot.

Not Disappointed - Muhammad Al-Blooshi was our guide and was excellent. He showed us parts of the city we would never have seen. He also gave us a lot of insight into the history and culture of the country. I would highly recommend him.

Amazing Tour - We had a great road trip thru the city, and we were lucky to be guided by Ali.
The city is impressive, and Ali helps us with lots of pictures.
It s so amazing that you did not realize when time flies.

Comprehensive tour... - Comprehensive tour covering everything on itinerary. But only 6 hrs, not "full day". Only real negative was guide's accent was pretty thick and we had trouble understanding his English at times.

Worst Tour Ever Worldwide - We have taken many private tours around the world and this now ranks as the absolute worst we’ve had. In fact, there are only 2 times in our history that we would flat out recommend you not take any tours from a company, but unfortunately that now includes Dubai Tourism Services.
Should have probably bailed at the start when the first bullet on the tour list was questionable. We were not picked up in an appropriate vehicle for 6 guests as it was a basic mini-van where 2 people had to sit in 3rd row (usually reserved for kids). The left side door stopped working part way through, making loading even more complicated, so he later substituted an SUV with even less 3rd row leg room and a very cramped back seat. As for a professional English speaking guide, it was far from there. His English was not great and he struggled to understand questions. Despite repeated requests, he barely talked loud enough to be heard in the back seat, let alone the 3rd row. At locations he just walked well ahead of the rest and when he did provide info, rarely waited for whole group to catch up.
The tour itself lacked much of interest. It is basically a checklist of the items included on the tour description. Most are photo stops – which often meant stopping the car on the road (not always parking around) for 5 minutes. Quite a production to get us all in and out, based on the vehicle. At some points we were dropped and then he drove around, as he couldn’t actually stay there. Perhaps there isn’t much to really see in Dubai beyond the mall and Burj Khalifa.
The tour indicates it is customizable, but in fact the driver appeared to feel the objective was not the experience of the guests but rather hitting every item on the list as quickly as possible. Perhaps he was a bus driver previously, with a schedule to keep. Tour started at 10am and at about 12:30pm, we asked about stopping for a bathroom break and opportunity to get a quick bite. He told us the best opportunity would be at the mall food court and we’d be there soon. Turns out, he still had the tour schedule to keep so we waited another 1 ½ hours for a break.
Overall, perhaps the tour showed all Dubai has to offer. However, Dubai Tourism Services provided a very negative customer experience. We have heard from friends who also used them 2 days later that our experience was not an isolated one.
