Tomorrow morning, you have a scheduled Dubai City tour pick-up with us.

The pick-up time will be between 8:45 and 9:00 AM.

Please remain in your room, and once the driver arrives, a message will be sent to you so you can come down.

Kindly keep your WhatsApp on during the pick-up.

Once the driver arrives, they will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Great value for money - Great Value for money. We upgraded to land cruiser version of the tour and this was amazing. Really nice careing driver. The camp was good as well. You get what you pay and all show and food was good. I recommend this tour.

We enjoyed our trip with them - Despite of our very last minutes arrangement, the company managed to do it ! The driver pick us up from our hotel spot on time. The driver was friendly. We really had a good time. Everything were superb..!! Highly recommended... Highly recommend...

Very good value - booked this tour during a layover and I must say it was a great value for my money. the guide was very accommodating and came to our hotel to pick us up. we enjoyed time to take pics in the desert, camel ride, shisha sample, small henna tattoo, food, coffee, and tea. the coffee was sooo good. I do wish the car was a bit bigger. there were 8 of us, including the driver, crammed into a smaller SUV. that made the rocky ride through the desert a bit uncomfortable,

Awesome experience. Must do activity in Dubai - Desert safari organized by Falcon Oasis group was a wonderful experience. Right from the pick up onwards our guide was very friendly explaining everything in detail. Dune bashing was a fantastic experience, very expert driving over the dune. Camel ride, the food, the shows was all great. We throughly enjoyed our trip to the desert. one caution : There are some folks selling headscarf outside the camp. they dont tell you its addition charge untill after you have already worn the scarf.

Good value for money.. minor tweaks it would be great. - Didn't have much communication before the safari, i had to send q message to arrange hotel pick up but driver was courteous and obliged. It takes around 50 minutes to get there from Dubai centre...dune bashing was awesome.. highlight of the trip! :-) when u get to camp there are lots of added extras.. we paid £50 for 4 of us so we didn't mind splurging more for the vip seats.. it means not having to queue for the food and all drinks brought to your table. The food was really good for the price and plenty of it. The kids had free henna and the husband had free shisha.. you have to pay extra for a decent camel ride.. the free one is laughable. The atmosphere was good and the facilities were great.. lots of people trying to sell you stuff though.. even when watching the shows.. a bit annoying but overall great value. We enjoyed the evening out. Thank you

Very fun experience!! - We booked this excursion with Falcon Oasis and had a great time. The driver was very friendly and very professional maneuvering the SUV in the dunes. We strongly recommend it.

It was horrible - I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. It felt like a scam but I guess you get what you pay for. The driver seemed lovely to begin with but then became very aggressive and rude at the day went on. The henna lady was lovely hence the reason why this got a 2 star. We asked to be collected from the hotel (an extra charge 100aed was incurred as expected). When we got to the venue they make you pay for “vip” which is totally not worth the hype. Henna is literally only on one finger included in the price. You have to pay and extra 30-40aed for the real deal. The driver then took us to a store where he would eventually get a cut for everything we bought. They made us get down to “re inflate” the tyres and then the driver tell you to enter the shop and you are literally bombarded by men asking you to buy things. The rest of the drive home was a bore and the driver (safari guide) literally does not talk to you at all except when he wants you to get down quickly. We were very disappointed.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - This was the worst experience ever. We were so angry afterwards that we spend almost a whole day for this worthless experience . Choose another experience if you can!
