Nice day in Dubai with safari - Very nice experience morning time dubai half day city tour and evening desert safari. Experience was amazing very nice views in Dubai and in desert dune bashing,BBQ dinner. Everything was perfect. Guide cum driver Syed Safeer was very helpful.

Big day out. - City tour OK. Saw what we wanted to see, but driver not very knowledgeable. Long way to get to Dune Busting activity, and unless you are a thrill seeker, quite scary. 6 people crammed in to one vehicle with dicey aircon was also a downer. But dinner and show was excellent, and camel ride fun. Overall a good day out, but dune busting and buggy rides not for us oldies.

It should be better, if Morning driver knew the places properly and he delayed nearly one hour. - Like the Jeep safari it's scary but Driver is so expert in his field. Expect a sunset at middle of dessert, but we are sitting in road side base camp probably. Morning tour is delayed by one hour so we are in hurry, not even took our lunch. Time management should be perfect, as we travel with limited periods of time and date.

Do not sign up for this trip! - The transport company was more interested in profiteering than customer safety. For the journey from the hotel to the desert, they squeezed in 7 passengers in a vehicle meant for 6 passengers. In the end, my 3 daughters sat in the back row meant for 2 people. Although there were 2 seat belts, all 3 could not put them on due to the strange sitting positions. When questioned, the driver argued that it is only mandatory for the driver and front seat passenger to put on seat belts. After the desert show, we came out to find our vehicle missing. Another driver from the same company told us our driver went off to ferry other customers (more income for the company). In the end, all other vehicles left the venue leaving my family of 3 young daughters waiting in the middle of the desert in a foreign land. Luckily, we pleaded for another vehicle (from the same company) to wait together with us. The passengers reluctantly agreed. Eventually, our driver returned. It would have been a horrifying experience if the other vehicle refused to wait with us. Even the performers of the show had driven off. There was no one else in the desert. This has been a terrible and frightening experience for my family. I urge everyone to avoid using this transport company.

Failed Itinerary - RAH Tourism did not follow the booked itinerary and tour was not guided ( just taxi ride ) We missed the stops on itinerary. 5+ hours of unnecessary drive back to Dubai and back time not included in the agenda. Communication was not possible as our calls were blocked by RAH Tourism agent. We did not receiving the Tour we paid for.

Very bad experience!!! I've been cheated! - Bad experience with Rah Tourism! I booked a day trip to Dubai that involved a city tour and a desert safari, but the total incompetence and lack of professionalism of this agency turned what was supposed to be an unforgettable day into a nightmare. The reservation had been confirmed several times, including the day before the excursion, following my requests for confirmation. However, on the day of the excursion no one showed up and I was told there was no reservation. It was only then that they realized the huge mistake. And when I tried to solve the problem, they offered me a refund and then blocked me on WhatsApp. My agency was also blocked when he tried to contact them. Rah Turism's lack of seriousness and professionalism was evident at every stage of the booking and excursion. I strongly advise against this agency to anyone who does not want to lose money and ruin their holiday. If you want a guarantee of problems and incompetence, book with Rah Tourism!

Terrible - The dune bashing was amazing but the city tour was terrible we were picked up late and we were taken to site which were not part of the itinerary

Glorified car ride around Dubai under the guise of a tour and poor quality cheap entertainment and animal mistreatment! - The trip was terrible . Firstly, did not receive confirmation of trip by the local company - RAH tourism until 0100hrs in the morning of the trip due to start at 0900hrs. Secondly, the Dubai morning tour is generally a car drive - the driver/tour guide was just a driver . He did not explain anything at all. He just drove and stopped us at different stops and merely says 10minutes, or 20minutes . No description, background at all . When asked if he was driver or tour guide he said he was both but his interaction suggest that he was just pulled up to provide driving service . Thirdly, the desert safari was marginally better - the driver/guide was a little more interactive and he did a good job sand duning . The stops were very questionable especially the ATV rides as anyone without a license can hop onto them - that is very dangerous . At the dinner place/ entertainment place - the food was canteen style “buffet” that was carb rich and very little proteins . The people were terrible, using their hands to grab the naan and not bothering to use the serving spoons - as such the hygiene standard is questionable. Most alarming was the treatment of camels who were made to carry loads of overweight tourists every 3-5minutes and were caned with an iron rod . The falcon was constantly jerked to startle it for it to spread its wing for photo opportunity for oblivious tourists who don’t understand or don’t support animal welfare . In short - the dinner and entertainment was crass cheap tourism that I do not approve of . I rather pay more for tours that look into animal welfare and better food hygiene . By the way, they offer to upgrade you for 50dirhams to have a better buffet where you will be given plastic trays rather than styrofoam plates to get your food as well as you get the privilege of eating 30minutes earlier than everyone with slightly better food at a different tent . Lastly I don’t understand the concept of a woman’s line and a man’s line to get food . It could be a cultural thingy to me . For me and my family- I won’t go for this tour due to the poor quality of the driver/guide, poor treatment of animals.
