Step 1 - The Airport Coordinator will contact the passenger a few hours before the flight to confirm the meeting point.

Step 2 - After the flight lands, the coordinator will wait at the designated meeting point in the arrivals area with a name card for easy identification. The waiting time is 60 minutes.

Step 3 - The passenger meets the coordinator and is escorted to the driver and waiting vehicle.

Step 4 - The passenger is transported to their booked destination.

Departures

Step 1 - The Airport Coordinator will contact the passenger a few hours before the scheduled pick-up to confirm the meeting point.

Step 2 - Upon the driver’s arrival, they will connect with the passenger. The waiting time is 20 minutes.

Step 3 - The passenger is taken to their booked airport and terminal.

Airport waiting time is 60 minutes.
Other locations have a waiting time of 20 minutes.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service time, and booking amendments are possible 24 hours before the service time.
