Amazing New Year experience - We had an amazing expereince on this new year. I along with my family went to Dubai this December month to watch the new year fireworks. We conacted Efficient Tourism to book VIP dinner cruise with private trasnfer. Our driver came 10 min before the schedule time and drop at the destination. Crew member was very helpful, food was good and the fireworks view from the cruise was amazing. Overall had excellent experince.

Amazing New year in Dhow Cruise Marina - We booked 6 seats for New year dhow cruise marina about a week before 31st of Dec. We were picked up from the hotel and directly drop at the starting point. Staff were polite and soft spoken. The food was overall good and much better compared to last year when we went with another company. Watching the new year fireworks was just amazing. Was able to take videos from my phone. Thanks to the Efficient tourism for organizing such wonderful event.

Great experience. - I had a great time on the Dhow Cruise Marina. Thanks to Efficient Tourism who organized it so well. The food was nice, and the view of Dubai Marina at night was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the show was entertaining. Overall, it was a relaxing experience and worth trying if you are visiting Dubai.

Enjoyable trip to UAE - We had booked 5 day family tour of dubai and Abudhabi with efficient tourism. It was very much enjoyable trip. All drivers were very punctual and on time and very supportive. Will defenitely recommend efficient rourism to anybody that wishes to tour UAE.

Memorable experience as the activity of my last day in Dubai - Experience in Dhow Cruise was amazing with family. Welcomed with refreshing drinks. Great food both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. Tanoura dance was really captivating!!!!

Unforgettable Experience! - The Dhow Cruise Marina was an unforgettable experience! The spectacular view of Dubai's magnificent skyline over the calm waters was mesmerizing. The buffet served a variety of delicious dishes, along with warm hospitality. Live entertainment made the evening even more appealing. Thanks to efficient tourism.

Very good way to see the sites at night - We have done many of this type of cruise and this was very good. We were picked up on time by a friendly driver who safely got us to the wharf ready for departure. Check in was easy and we were given our wristband indicating a top deck booking. This became important later. Food was served as the boat left the dock. It was rather chaotic at first with many people descending on the buffet together. Some had had two servings by the time it settled. Food was hit, varied and a good standard. Soft drinks were included although alcohol was available at a charge. Entertainment on the top deck was delayed as many from other decks blocked the area and had to be moved away (remember the wristband!) much to their annoyance. There was belly dancing and a whirling drrvish style performer both of which were good. They then went to the main deck for a repeat performance. The cruise was a sedate affair allowing ample time for photos of the Marina Area and beyond and lasted approximately 2hours. The ship was clean and safe and the crew reasonably attentive. We were picked up and returned to our hotel by our driver at the end. Overall a pleasant experience.

A horror, a nightmare of a lifetime, they ruined our New Year's Eve celebrations. - A Disastrous Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended! We booked a New Year’s Eve celebration through this company for 11 people, but instead of a joyful experience, we were met with disappointment after disappointment. 1. Seating Arrangement Disaster Although we booked for 11 people, we were given only two tables with a total of 8 seats. Three people were left without seats and had to stand throughout the event. This was completely unacceptable for a festive occasion. 2. Terrible Dinner Service We were promised a proper dinner, but what we received was appalling. The food was cold, tasteless, inedible, and not enough for everyone. We didn’t even get served any food ourselves! After complaining, they promised to bring more food, but it arrived at 12:30 AM – when the kids were already crying from hunger. And even then, the food was ice cold, unappetizing, and we barely had time to eat as we had to leave the ship by 1:00 AM. 3. Horrible DJ and Music The DJ was a major disappointment. None of the music played was appropriate for a New Year’s Eve celebration, and the atmosphere was completely ruined. 4. Ruined Viewing Experience We were promised a view of the Bosphorus Bridge fireworks at midnight, but when the time came, a huge ship parked directly in front of us and completely blocked our view. We couldn’t see anything at all! 5. Unprofessional Customer Service When we approached the company afterward to request a refund or any form of compensation for this terrible experience, they refused outright – no refund, no credit, no apology. This experience was an absolute disgrace, and we strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs! We expected a special and festive evening, but instead, we were left with frustration and disappointment.
