Thrilling desert safari - We had an amazing desert safari experience with Hamza! From pickup to drop-off, everything was perfectly organized and very professional. He was extremely friendly, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The dune bashing was thrilling and safe, and he explained all the activities clearly. Hamza went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even helping us with photos and guiding us at the camp. Highly recommended! If you’re booking a desert safari, make sure to ask for Hamza you won’t be disappointed. 😊

Memorable experience, excellent management and service! - We booked the desert safari with a private car for 3 of us and I’d highly recommend! Farhan was quick to respond to emails ahead of our trip and answered all our questions, reassuring us that he would tailor the trip to our requirements - for example, we didn’t want to do quad biking or dune bashing but still wanted to experience the red dunes and needed an earlier departure from the camp back to our hotel. On the day of the trip we were assigned our driver, Muhammad Umair who contacted us to confirm the pick up time and location. Muhammad seamlessly managed our whole trip from start to finish (hotel pick up and drop off) handing us over to guides and other drivers who would take over at various points. He was very attentive and ensured we were well looked after throughout. All our requirements were met and everything was explained to us clearly. I’d highly recommend Muhammad and the team of drivers and guides. Excellent organisation and communication throughout and we felt very safe and looked after. Price was very reasonable. The guides clearly explain which activities are included in the package and there are options to add on during the day, some of which are well worth it! We upgraded to premium dinner and seating option, and also added on the Falcon experience (bird on shoulder, head and photos) and the sunset camel ride (slightly longer distance and duration vs the standard) as this was something we really wanted to do. The pricing was still very reasonable and even without these upgrades you get an amazing experience. It was our first time in Dubai and I’m so glad we did this desert safari - it was the most memorable experience and definitely one not to be missed! Thank you!! :) Tips - definitely book the private trip, it’s well worth it, and take cash!

A day to remember in the desert - Our guide Muhammed Umair was great - contacted me first thing to confirm pick up etc and arrived on time also giving great Comms that he was on his way, his choice of music didn't match mine 🤣 however he did offer that I can listen to ANYTHING!.. Overall a great experience only thing I will say is expect to be hounded to buy all in sundry of stuff and be ready to pay for quad biking otherwise your sat around in the desert for over an hour. We upgraded to the Premium Package at the camp and I would 100% recommend factoring this into your budget - at around £10 GBP per person it really is a no brainer.... We absolutely loved the Dune bashing a cracking experience - thanks to Mohammad Umair for making this such a great day and getting us back safely!.

The worst tour I’ve ever have - The tour guide picked us up from the hotel, did not introduce himself and did not tell us anything about what we were going to do that day. We asked him what is next, he responded in few words which most of the time is not very clear unsure if this is the language barrier. Since there were no intro we did not have any clue on what to expect, we did not want to do the quad ride so we skipped and just waited for the other people who also were in the same car with us. Then the guide started to tell us to go and meet him at a meeting point then just changed the meeting point again and again when we got up the hill. After waited for about 2hrs we drove to the campground, it was late and we did not get to take the sunset pics and since it’s getting dark we didn’t want to do the dune dashing as well concerning about the safety issues. Then we got to the camp ground just to find out that there are two different kinds of seating, the VIP and regular. We had to decide if we want to go with the VIP seating which we had to pay extra 50aed per person so that we can get the food right away. If not we would have to wait for them to finish two shows before we can get our food.( didn’t know about this ahead of time). We did pay the extra 50 aed bc we were hungry. When finished the show and about to leave we just saw the camels that were just outside of the campground and no one ever told us about the camel part. We of course also did not get to ride the camel, as everyone is ready to leave and the car is waiting to take us home. The whole experience was a total loss for us. We didn’t get to do any of the activities that we were supposed to do in our tour except for the food which were also not great. Lack of communication and experience as a tour guide leading to a terrible experience where we paid the money and did not enjoy anything out of it, but just tired and sad since it was my first time going out to the desert. Very disappointed! I forgot the name of the tour guide who everyone should avoid going with him.
