Post cruise sightseeing in AbuDhabi and Dubai - We extended our stay in Dubai by two days after disembarking at Port Rashid. By stroke of good luck, RAH Tourism was the tour group we got to take us to AbuDhabi and to enjoy a limousine service until our early morning flight back to North America. Our driver was Mr. Khan in both instances. Mr. Khan is knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. There were twelve of us (family and friends) and booking a private tour is most efficient and fun. We were able to choose the places to see in Abu Dhabi. We were able to spend time at the Louvre making sure our trip was not on a Monday when it is closed. This is a not-to-miss attraction giving yourselves at least two hours. Mr. Khan stopped at the best places to view the spectacular architecture of buildings in AbuDhabi. He got us back to Dubai at 6 p.m. where we had made prior commitments. He then drove us around to enjoy the lights and the Dubai fountain. He was most accommodating in driving wherever we wanted to go and arranging a most convenient time to be picked up. We then returned to our hotel to pick up our luggages and be dropped off at the airport before our early morning flights. Hiring a private limousine allowed us to maximize sightseeing at a premium cost.

Half a day in Dubai before flying out - This service is a good alternative to an airport shuttle for us to spend time around Dubai before our flights at 8 PM and 10 PM. There was an excursion that ends at 2 PM also; but, we had seen old and new Dubai already. This service allowed us to spend our time freely. We passed areas with local people instead of just seeing tourists and vendors and shop keepers. The driver knew his ways so he did not have to use the GPS. He was very prompt for picking us after our texts. This experience was different from our previous private vehicle service in Abu Dhabi 7 years ago (of course with a different driver). That driver dropped us a location that we did not want and disappeared. At the end of the day, we realized his disappearances were for his daily praying (not with Aviator).He could not speak English either. We are lucky this time. The driver was fluent in English, very courteous, knew his ways, and again, very prompt. We chose a restaurant from Google and sat down for lunch for an hour. The restaurant was excellent with a very reasonable price. It had a trip advisor award. This experience could not have happened if we took the group tour. My main and major complain was the pick up at the port, after the disembarkation. Many cruisers were told to wait at one area. We waited and waited and were very anxious. I emailed and called the company. It turned out, many drivers were waiting at the parking lot near the taxi line on the other end of the exit. I think this oversight was the responsibility of both the port and the drivers. We waited for more than an hour and the waiting cut into our tour time. Finally Aviator representative showed up and connected many of us to the drivers. I hope the port and the tour companies would coordinate in the future to make the pick up process more efficient. Otherwise I would have given thus tour a 5 star. For the final note, I would like to thank the port staff and NCL staff for going out of their way to help us, all the cruisers, with their making phone calls, answering our questions, and assuring us while we all tried to make sense of the pick up delays.

Use a different company! - Worst experience of my life. Don’t ever use this company. Save your time and use a legit service with plenty of good reviews. Long story short on my end, they tried to scam me by sending me a six seater when I ordered a 14 person minivan. Wouldn’t send me the right one either. Unfortunately I had these same people booked twice on my trip and they canceled on my second booking the day before. Overall bad experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Do not use this company - Worst experience ever! Ordered a 14 person minivan and then they sent me a 6 seater. They tried to scam me and send me a smaller vehicle for the price of the bigger one. They were hoping I would just accept it. But I had luggage and it wouldn’t fit in the smaller vehicle they sent. Talking to their customer service was absolutely pointless since the representative just kept placing me on hold and said he had to talk to “the boss”. After about an hour of fighting with them I had to call Viator and have them reach out to these people who eventually just cancelled the whole trip I had planned. Unfortunately I had these same people booked for my last day in Dubai as well. So there would’ve been two trips total with this chauffeur service. One trip when we arrived in Dubai to see the city and get dropped off at our hotel and one trip booked for the day we left Dubai. This chauffeur service cancelled the day before our last trip was supposed to take place. Please save yourself the hassle and just find a real legit company. These people will cause you a headache and ruin your trip!

Very very disappointed!! - Driver did not arrive. No calls no chat replies whartsoever!!! Made 15 chat messages and calls but no replies!!! We have to make other plans and was costly!!! Our plans ruined!!! Worst customer service ever!! Will have to refund!!!
