A Must-Visit Icon in Dubai - Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly an unforgettable experience. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset when the city lights start to shine. The whole experience was well organized, from the entrance to the elevator ride, which was incredibly fast and smooth. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid long waiting times. Whether it’s your first time in Dubai or not, this iconic landmark is definitely worth visiting at least once.

An amazing experience - Worth paying the extra to ho to floor 148 or above. Yes, it's expensive, but you get a badge that fast tracks you past 100s if other folk, both up and down, and the lounges at the top are great to stop in for comfort and to enjoy the views... including the tops and roofs of nearby skyscrapers!!

Amazing view ever!!! - The view from the top is honestly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Everything was well organized and the elevators were super fast. It does get crowded, so take your time and don’t rush the experience. Overall, it’s a must-do at least once when visiting Dubai.

The building is awesome to see but the long que line would deter me from coming again - The que was far too long and the way in which people were asked to que caused such a backlog, it took us over 90 minutes from our scheduled time until the time we actually got on the elevator. Need a better system for people flow

Poor organization, goal to get as much money as possible. - We crammed together for 2 hours when cattle have to queue and only then take the elevator up. Upstairs you obviously had a great view. We stayed upstairs for half an hour after which we had to queue again for half an hour to go back down with the elevator. The elevator down was literally stuffed. I can't bear to think that it had stuck because of a malfunction. And that for this expensive ticket price. We had booked an access lock at 2pm. However, they continued to sell tickets locally despite the mass of people already waiting in line. What is the point of working with access locks? If we had known this beforehand, we would have fitted for this visit.

Péssima - I booked two premium time slots through Viator for major attractions in Dubai, including Burj Khalifa and The View at The Palm. In both cases, the local operator attempted to change my confirmed time less than 24 hours before the visit. For Burj Khalifa, I had purchased an 11:00 AM ticket and was informed the day before that they “could not issue the QR code” for that time. I was pressured to select another slot, which completely disrupted my itinerary and pre-booked lunch reservations. For The View at The Palm, I specifically paid more for the 05:00 PM golden hour timing. Again, one day prior, I was told it was “sold out” and asked to move to 03:00 PM — which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a sunset slot. Both bookings were marked as confirmed at the time of purchase. Operational issues, crowd levels, or ticket redemption delays are not the customer’s responsibility. If a time slot is sold out, it should not be sold and confirmed in the first place. This operator appears to sell inventory they do not actually secure, then tries to adjust customers last minute. Very disappointing experience and highly stressful while traveling. I would not book with this supplier again.

Avoid to avoid disappointment or last minute change - We booked our slot (10:30am) 4 weeks beforehand - and to coincide with the bus from our. hotel. We received reminders of our slot and a WhatsApp message asking us to save the number of the operator - which we duly did. However, after taking the money from our credit card at 10:30am the day before, we were contacted in the afternoon to say that the 10:30am slot was now full and would we like to go first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening instead (research suggests these are cheaper slots but we were not offered any money back). We were only in Dubai for two days and had a full itinerary. But the Burj Khalifa was on our bucket list so it was very disappointing. We can only presume they got a better price for this popular time slot and had no scruples or conscious about dropping us. We flew out of Dubai at 7:30 the next morning and visibility was extremely poor at that time of day due to smog - so an earlier slot would have been a complete waste of time in any case. A total shambles - avoid this company at all costs - or risk being disappointed at the very last minute.
