Immersive Digital Art Experience! - We recently visited AYA Universe and had an amazing time. Aya is a futuristic indoor attraction where light, sound and technology come together. Expect multi-sensory themed zones where light meets imagination. If you’re looking for an immersive digital art experience in Dubai, then look no further. It is a great venue for the entire family.

Immerse into the Aya Universe - I guess I have to start from the beginning. It was my first time in Dubai and, actually, my second time entering a space dedicated to the immersive experience. I have to say that it doesn't stand a chance against the Tokyo Lab immersive experiment, but none the less it was great. The space is apperantly small but the designers really made use of it. Before entering you are given a (literally) passport into the Aya universe which helps you a lot with the layout. (A huge plus, because we got lost a lot of times in Tokyo Labs and at some point it becomes frustruating). You check out each exhibit, you collect the stickers of each room/world you step into and you are left at the end with the experience, the photos and, of course, the new AYA `citizenship`. The staff is amazing and helps you blend into the story. Don't be surprised to see lines to some rooms or atractions. The universe is obviously a great attraction so the huge crowd of people coming through the doors at peak hours is just the right answer. The plus is that if you lay down in one of the rooms for about 10 minutes, you will be surprised to see that most of the influencers will be gone in no time.

Not suitable for kids - We were really looking forward to this experience with our 3 year old. Firstly it is NOT suitable for toddlers or even kids I would say. From teenagers it is ok. I felt the experiences to be too intense even for some adults

Warning - Warning to fellow visitors! I visited Aya Universe in Dubai yesterday and had a spectacular experience with the exhibits, BUT the ticketing experience was a major letdown. The cashier lady quoted us 270 AED for two tickets, and when we pointed out the online price was 100 AED each, she asked if we were tourists or residents. Upon learning we were residents, she suddenly changed the price to 100 AED each 🤯. This kind of pricing tactic is unfair and a shame in a country like Dubai. To anyone planning to visit, make sure to check with the entrance staff about pricing. Also, management, please keep an eye on your staff to prevent such incidents 🙅‍♂️.

Not very fun - Disappointing. All the rooms are alike. Some of the rooms were nice (maybe only two) but it was disappointing. The reviews gave it so much more value than it is. Many changes could be applied; for example: in the drift room there could be 3D glasses to make it better. Many rooms were alike, almost the same. Also there are multiple entrances for each room, but you’re only allowed to use one, the staff leads all the crowd in the same way so it creates traffic and you can’t go exploring the rooms by yourself. They said the river and Outland were interactive to your touch, they weren’t. The stickers they gave us on the passport didn’t match the rooms, they could make something more suitable.

Too crowded on high season - Visit on 30th Dec 2025: too much people inside , too much loud music, not a good time to visit. I recommend to avoid end of Dec period
