Fantastic water park, cannot wait to return!! - This water park really is amazing and huge, the shuttle buses are useful to get around. There is so much to do here, I'd suggest that 2 days might be better, if you want to experience everything here. There is so many slides big and small for all ages. Some of the bigger slides get very busy and queuing times can be long, get to the bigger slide first thing!! Lots of places to eat, or order food from, it was nice being able to order food from a sunbed and have it delivered to us.

Fun day - We absolutely loved our day at Aquaventure Atlantis. We arrived early in the morning and it made a huge difference. We were able to go through all the major slides before the crowd came in. I highly recommend going here if you’re a thrill seeker 😊

Great fun day - Bought tickets on official site as get extra day free which was amazing two days for price of one Loads of family rides got there for opening and had good hour with no long queues it did get hot from lunch and the floor is lava is a real game here even with double water socks it was hot on our feet All staff helpful new water shoes availability at every kiosk and even food people help with directions Every single life guard friendly and helpful you do have to remove own water shoes with grips for some rides so if you need to hold on tight maybe use their free ones We had the best time here so much fun It is big it was hot and tiring the steps are a killer especially when carrying a tube for the ride and the drink prices are expensive but we made some amazing memories

Amazing slides but way to busy, queues 1h long and extremely overpriced! - It is very expensive. It is very busy. The queues are unacceptably long. The slides are great but you have to wait and there are soo many people. You cannot bring your own food in and the ameneties there serve fast food that is ultraprocessed and extremely overpriced. Lockers aren't included and it's £9 for a small one. You can wear your own crocs but you have to take them off before beginning queueing for the slides. Some people had sock shoes that might be an option as you can wear these on the slides. Overall it is an experience being on the palm and being part of this opulent attraction but honestly it is not worth the money and there are simliar waterparks in Dubai and close by that are just as good, better value and less rammed.

Long wait - The tour provider did not send our tickets. Called the tour provider, spend about 1 hr at the check in counter waiting for them to send them to us. The clerk at the water park said it would have been quicker and cheaper to buy them at the park.

Diabolically poor experience - Absolutely shocking and diabolical experience. I’d advise anyone else to avoid this park during December or new year. We paid £210 for the 3 of us to attend the waterpark and the queues for the slides were unbelievably bad that my Husband and Son only got down one slide and used the lazy river. I gave up and never got down any slides, not one, I sat on a sun lounger and used the lazy river, that was it. I complained to management and because our tickets were bought through an app no refund was possible, was advised we should have paid express tickets at a further £100 per person. Get a grip, over £500 for 3 people to attend a waterpark, give over. Utter CON, they should not have crammed so many people into a park that hard working people paying normal priced tickets should be forced to endure such POOR SERVICE!! Even though sections at a slide advised “25 mins to go at this section”, then “now 10 mins to go” - it actually turned out to be double those times. It took TWO HOURS to queue for one slide. AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We have been to Siam Park, Atlantis Bahamas, Volcano Bay and loads more every other park has been exceptionally superior service than this utter diabolical s8 show of a park. It was the last day of our holiday too and it was completely ruined by this experience. All 3 of us left utterly fizzing. If I could rate this park minus ten stars I would. Avoid going!! Save yourself the pain, misery and disappointment. Or go if you are happy to she’ll out £200 for a day in a cold lazy river.

Rip-off and amateurism at the highest level - We were really looking forward to our visit to Atlantis Aquaventure – especially swimming with dolphins, which I had booked and paid for in advance. Unfortunately, the entire process was a disappointment: • No dolphin encounter as booked: On site we were told that the swim could not take place as planned because “self-protection” is taking place (probably disinfection or similar) and therefore you should not keep your head under water. That should have been communicated to us in advance – an info on the website or by email would have been the least. • Change booking to “Playing with dolphins”: We had to resort to a less intense interaction. This was disappointing for our children as they were looking forward to swimming. • Missing Express Passes & Wrong Wristbands: Although we had booked express access, we received incorrect wristbands – which led to confusion, waiting times and frustration. • No access to lockers: Our key bracelets did not work – result: 45 minutes at the overwhelmed Customer Service instead of with the family in the water. • The only bright spot: The payment process went smoothly – unfortunately, that was the only thing that worked. ⸻ Conclusion: A high-priced day with too much organisational chaos and little transparency. For families with children absolutely not recommended if you rely on a premium experience. Definitely not a good Price quality ratio. The processes urgently need to be improved – especially communication and service orientation.
