The buses are nice and retro, our lady driver was friendly and eloquent and give us lots of info about Dalles! We.loved the tour!
My husband and I were glad to be passengers on the Hop On/Hop Off Dallas Tour. The tour guides were informative and friendly. The bus was a great way to explore Dallas and hear all about its history.
Great sneak peek of Dallas. Great information and great attention.
The tour was great! We learned a lot about the city and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend when visiting!
I wanted to find a fun and affordable way to explore Dallas and this tour was just that. I LOVE that it was a hop on hop off tour because I was able to see exhibits in the art museum and enjoy a great meal at the Farmer's Market. I would take this tour again for sure. Thanks for a great time!!!!
Everyone was super friendly. The tour was informative and pleasant. I will definitely use them again.
Interesting details about landmarks and nice driver
Indeed it was not so "Hop On Hop Off" as the time to get off and take the next trolley is much longer than usual in other Hop On Hop Off tours, normally half an hour. Besides, the woman driver speaks her English in a way not easy to understand for non-Americans
Was approached by a man selling tours. (We had already purchased our tours online) As we walked away we told him we had to go as we had reservations already. He stated we just didn't want to talk to him because he is a black man (we were are white) Just left a bad taste that this is how our tour was going to start. I figured the company would like to know that he made these comments. The it said to go to the booth to check in. Wasn't really a "booth" it was a rolling cart with an umbrella. Then we had to stand in the rain to wait for trolley. The driver was nice, but told us almost as much about her personal life as she did about the city. I don't need to know that she lives in a hotel, etc. She let us off for lunch said she would be back in an hour to pick us up. She came back almost 90 minutes later. Again we had to stand in the rain and wait for her. But it was nice to get a tour of the city.
Great information and driver
The tour guide ‘s speech was not always clear . A bit muffled
The hop on/hop off element of the ticket was not very useful as there was only one bus operating the circuit on the day I was there
Our guide was informative and entertaining. The trolley was comfortable and we loved the ability to get on and off at different sites. I would recommend to others! Great way to see the city.
Good overview of Dallas attractions and neighbourhoods.
The bus wasn't confortable. Hard and uncomfortable wooden benches.
The audio is a bit garbled and it was difficult understanding everything she was talking about, otherwise good.
There were a lot of interesting points of interest and learned a lot of about Dallas. We hopped off to take the hour trolly ride only to sit there for 1.5 hours as they weren't synced. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't 100+ out. The other very disappointing thing was we were told we could get discount coupons for Reunion Tower, so I bought one for me and one for each of my kids. When I got to Reunion Tower, I saw that on my boys tickets I was charged 50% more on the "Discount" I was being given. Mine was $5 less from the Tour bus. The extra money I paid wasn't a big deal, but I don't like being told I'm getting a discount and i'm actually paying more. We tipped the guide $10 and also did the JFK Tour, so spent quite a bit w/ Tour company.
The guide was very knowledgeabk and pleasant. He Knew a lot about each site and presented in a clear and concise manner.
Very informative! Gives you the lay of the land so you can plot out your stay.
I thought the trolley tour was very interesting, but I did not read the schedule closely enough and didn’t realize the trolley only picked up at each stop every 1.5 hours on Fridays. I assumed it would be every 30 minutes or so. Forcing every hop off to be 1.5 hours limited the number of times/places we could hop off.
Very educational , tour guide knowledgeable and helpful
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun.
We loved the guides on our tour! Very knowledgeable. Very kind. Interesting details we would not have known otherwise. Great money spent for a fun day!
The driver was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoy very much the tour.
Easy , great tour , great driver .
