David was great! Very funny and well-versed in the history and the culture of "The Big D." I felt safe and well-informed during this tour. It was worth every penny!
great points covered terrific guides answered all questions thank you
The audio was just too loud.
Had a great time David our tour guide was fantastic I highly recommend taking the hop on hop off!
We really enjoyed this tour and absolutely loved our driver and speaker!!
Fun and informative!
Great value for the price! Used it for two days to get around.
I thought the stops on the tour itself were just OK. I was looking for more interesting stops. Half of the stops were not exciting. Our tour guide, forget his name, from New Zealand was awesome though.
THE perfect way to see Dallas! Daniel our trolley guide and Brian our driver were superb!
Great overview of the city, and the ability to hop on and off was great! We were there for a girls' trip, and we hopped off and had lunch at Neiman Marcus, then hopped back on to finish the tour. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed the tour and the information given by the guide was very comprehensive. Unfortunately because I am not American, I couldn't understand the accent very well; between the speed of the information given & the accent, I felt I missed out on much of the detail.
The tour was great but the driver had issues with her voice she was. Dry nice and professional
Thank you for great customer service!
Enjoyed the idea of being able to get off throughout the tour to check out the sites on your own time.
When our Dallas food tour was cancelled I booked the hop on city tour. It was great we learned a lot of facts about Dallas and it's fabulous architecture and landmarks. We discovered the BGon our own. Wished the driver had mentioned that since the first stop at old red museum has one. BG photo ops are thruout the city. It stands for big D = Dallas
Driver was very informative . He also made a dining recommendation which was superb.
The drivers were very knowlegable. They made history interesting.
They don't have the tour in other languages other than English.
Found the JFK Tour very good. Liked hearing some little know facts about Oswald and then about some of the history and facts about the city on the Dallas tour
Our tour guide (Diane?) was very knowledgeable and friendly. It made the experience pleasant on rainy Saturday morning.
The tour guide was great!
Tony was great! Lots of info on city, plus made a great suggestion for lunch with the "secret" nachos at RJ's on Market Street! Trolley clean and AC a major plus. Hop on hop off is a great way to tour multiple sites in one day without hassle of using Uber or hunting for a cab.
Tony was amazing!!! Incredible tour!!
Our guide, Tony, was awesome. He gave us a lot of history about Dallas and made it entertaining for our two children as well. At the end of the tour, we were dropped off at the Reunion Tower. Tony could have left us there and let us walk back to the plaza area, however he chose to come back for us even though his shift was over. Thank you for a great time in Dallas!
We arrived a little late for the 1:45 tour, we got there at 1:45 so were told to hop on the bus at its stop 3 and that we would still be able to cover it all. I had tickets for the Reunion tower deck. At the end of the tour at 3pm, the driver said we wouldnt be able to go to reunion tower asbthat was her last tour. Unfortunately we missed seeing that as well as the tickets were a waste.

Our driver/guide had a wealth of information but the volume was too loud and we were sitting near a noisy bunch who just talked louder then. Also the driver/guide talked very fast and it was difficult to process what was said. It was a nice opportunity to see quite a bit of the downtown city.
Our narrator was excellent. She kept things interesting and lively.
Tony on the hop on hop off tour was great. Lots of helpful hints and good recommendations. Also did the JFK tour it was awesome!
Our tour guide was good but sometimes she spoke too fast to be understood.
tony our guide is very accomodating
Great tour guide/driver Very thorough and informative.
I think the daily tour and the driver was excellent. The check n process was a bit slow and we did not receive good instructions. It was basically left up to the driver to explain and provide tickets for our party. The Hop on/Hop Off is a great idea, but the duration for the day is a bit short. Should run into the evening and provide more time.
The guide was very knowledgeable. The narration was very rapid and at times hard to follow, especially for someone with english as a second language. By the time we caught up to the guide she was on to the next topic. Perhaps that is because there is so much to see. All in all it was good! I learned a lot about Dallas!
