• Wondae-ri Birch Forest - Explore the picturesque hiking trails where visitors can enjoy the serene forest, with the tall white-barked birch trees reaching majestically towards the blue sky. The walk from the entrance to the birch forest takes about 1 hour (3.2km). A round trip typically takes about 1.5 hours, including time for photography. The birch trees’ distinctive branch structure and white bark are visible year-round, but the view is particularly breathtaking when their white color complements the winter snow.
• Yongdaeri Maebawi Artificial Waterfall - The Yongdaeri Maebawi Artificial Waterfall is crafted in a natural style, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscapes to provide a stunning view. In winter, the waterfall and its surroundings are adorned with ice, forming beautiful ice sculptures. Inje’s Yongdaeri Maebawi Artificial Waterfall is a place where nature and art converge, offering visitors a beautiful tourist attraction to experience the wonders of nature and enjoy tranquil moments.

Wondae-ri Birch Forest offers a breathtaking winter landscape, reminiscent of a Winter Fairy Tale. Experience this winter wonderland with its snow-capped peaks and frozen waterfalls. The scenery becomes even more enchanting when the white birch trees blend seamlessly with the snow.

Upon entering the forest, visitors will notice birch trees adorned in their signature white bark. As the journey continues and the exertion sets in, the expansive view of the Whispering Birch Forest will finally come into sight.

*Winter in Korea, particularly in Gangwondo Province, can be quite chilly for those unaccustomed to cold climates. It is advisable to wear warm clothing, gloves, thick socks, and most importantly, crampons are necessary for forest entry. If you do not have crampons, they are available for loan on-site.

**A minimum of four participants is required for the tour to take place. If this number is not reached, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled, and alternative arrangements will be discussed with you.
