Super welcoming and accommodating no matter the circumstance 10000/10 experience would book again for my family - I had an amazing experience on the Mount Seorak and Naksansa Temple tour, and I cannot recommend our guide, Han Byungok, enough. During the trip, I accidentally misplaced my wallet at the Hongcheon Rest Stop. I was extremely worried as it contained my cash and important cards. Han Byungok went above and beyond to help me—he contacted the rest stop, helped arrange for the wallet to be retrieved, and even sent it back to me. His kindness and willingness to help a traveller in a stressful situation truly meant a lot to me. Beyond that, he was an excellent tour guide throughout the day. He was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories and background about Mount Seorak and Naksansa Temple. He also made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. Thanks to him, the tour was not only beautiful and memorable but also felt very safe and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone taking this tour.

Good Overall Experience - My family had some challeges getting to the meeting place as I thought it was an outdoor parking lot but it was actually inside a Bus Transfer area (it was an area with these unique ceiling poles). When I texted (via WhatsApp) our tour guide for assistance, he sent me a pic of the waiting area with those unique ceiling poles which helped identify the location for me. Our tour guide (Jordan) spoke three languages and tried his best to make the trip informative and interesting. I give him kudos. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour. Some informative points for future people interested in this tour: - the bus ride is around three hours to and three hours back; there is one rest stop in-between; on the rest stop to, make sure to purchase the fresh walnut cookies with red bean and the boxed soft red bean cookies; they were so good! - bring an umbrella if rain is forecast - once you arrive at Mt. Seorak, try to purchase the lift tickets first; go up, enjoy and take in the view, take pictures, and then come down and go on the hiking trails as much as you can; get some lunch in-between (support the restaurants that are there) - before you leave the mountain, be sure to try hot korean sweet potatoes from the vendor. I wasn't a big fan of the Naksansa Temple but the views of the ocean were nice. Again, kudos to our Tour Guide for being so nice and accomodating! I highly recommend this tour; keep in mind this is an all-day event and you will be tired when the bus drops you off around 8pm.

Great itinerary, friendly guide and easy breezy tour! - Great experience ! The tour was well organized annd the intermarry was great! Our tour guide - Jason was very friendly and funny !! He did ann anmazing job organizing the group and keeping us entertained! Although the tour is all day , we had plenty of time to rest on the bus ! There are also a few stops where you can use the bathroom . For the seoraksan national park , you get to choose a few routes, with the cable car being one of them. It is subject to weather conditions and It was windy when we went so operations were suspended . However, I have been to multiple cable cars that still operated under similar conditions . So as a feedback to the National park, I think they may need to upgrade to a more robust infrastructure for the cable car !!! There are other trails you can do and the whole park itself is beautiful !!! Overall a great experience and highly recommend you go outside of Seoul during your trip!!

A trip for hikers, nature lovers and people interested in Buddhist temples - The guide was very friendly and provided every bit of information regarding the trek. The weather was a bit drizzling when we took the trip but overall experience was still good. The trees were starting to change color at the mountain top. And the buddha temple with huge statue was a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend it! - I really enjoyed this tour. I timed it well to get some nice autumn foliage photos. We stayed a good amount of time at each location. The park was beautiful. I was able to hike to the observatory and get some exercise in, as well as beautiful views. I appreciated our guide Chuck who was very helpful. He also provided us with different choices of activities at the park, so we didn't all have to do things as a big group.
