• The Great Wall of Jiankou - Begin your journey with a pick-up from your centrally located hotel in Beijing, or meet at exit C of Zhang Zi Zhong Lu subway station on Line 5.

Following the pick-up, you will proceed directly to the Jiankou Great Wall. The drive from Beijing to Jiankou Great Wall takes approximately 1.5 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS TOUR IS QUITE DEMANDING. IF YOU ARE OVER 65 YEARS OLD OR NOT IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING ON THE SPOT.

This tour includes a private round-trip transfer and a local guide (who will lead the way but does not speak English). Please bring your own food and drinks to enjoy on the Great Wall.

You will hike through the untamed sections of Jiankou Great Wall, including Beijing Knot, Eagle Flying Upside Down, and Sky Ladder. Some areas are very steep and hazardous, requiring the use of shortcuts.

The tour concludes after Sky Ladder, without reaching Zheng Bei Lou or Mutianyu. The hike covers approximately 6km over 3-4 hours in the wild sections.

After the hike, you will be driven back to your hotel.
