• Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Please be aware: Due to the strict daily visitor limits at the Forbidden City, if tickets cannot be secured, the tour will instead visit Jingshan Park.

Starting from a hotel within Beijing’s 2nd ring road around 7:00 am, the tour will first visit the Forbidden City, the historic residence of Chinese emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties since the 14th century. The group guide will highlight the key features of this remarkable complex. Following this, there will be a visit to a Jade factory to explore the fascinating ancient Chinese jade culture, and then lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant.

• The Great Wall at Badaling - Next, the tour proceeds to the stunning Badaling Great Wall. Visitors have the option to purchase an additional cable car ticket to reach the highest point of the mountain, climbing to the top of one of the 15 towers. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views and the less-crowded section of the Great Wall, which offers excellent views of the architectural features atop the mountains. Finally, the tour includes a visit to a Chinese medicine center or a Chinese tea house to experience Chinese medicine or tea culture before returning to the hotel in Beijing.

Please note: This group tour is not available on Mondays as the Forbidden City is closed every Monday. Additionally, customers need to stay at a hotel within Beijing’s 2nd ring road.
