Wonderful experience to... - Wonderful experience to learn just a little about the ancient art of Chinese calligraphy. My wife, daughter and I learned to do some characters and after we had gotten better we painted the characters on a decorative board that we were able to take as fun memento. Richard also gave us a very nice calligraphy brush to take home and practice some more. Richard was a skilled patient teacher. Highly recommend this fun experience.

Beijing Caligraphy - Li was a great teacher and was very patient! He spoke fluent English. We learnt how to write a Chinese character for one hour.

Beijing Calligraphy Class - Richard Li was a great instructor, really enjoyed the session! He took us through the basics of calligraphy and we got to take home a final product as well.

An unforgettable artistic experience in Beijing. - I took classes in Chinese calligraphy and flowers in watercolor during my stay in Beijing and it was a wonderful experience. The teacher is incredibly talented, patient and generous in sharing his knowledge. I learned not only traditional painting techniques, but also a different way of observing, breathing and connecting with the stroke.
The Mood was quiet and very inspiring, with excellent quality materials and personalized attention.
I recommend these classes to anyone who loves art or just wants to live a moment of calm and creativity in the middle of the trip.
An experience that I carry in my heart.
