Another success. - Second year that we leave with Yoann, still pure happiness despite the damage caused by Hurricane Erin. Thanks to CMT for the successful organization.

Unforgettable Day in Paradise - Amazing day out! The staff were all fantastic, from Sabrina to the speedboat crew. The itinerary was really smart – we avoided the crowds and had 2 hours on a paradise beach all to ourselves, which was breathtaking. The natural pool was incredible too, I’ve never stood 100m out in the sea and still only been waist-deep. Such a unique and unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!

Superb intimate and fun experience!! - Great experience with Sabrina and her crew! The fact that it is a small group makes the excursion much more intimate and allows the staff to be at the small care with everyone. Moreover, we always had a head start on other tour groups, which allowed us to enjoy the almost deserted beaches to take beautiful photos. Lunch was good and ready immediately upon arrival. The boat transport was fast but safe, and quite fun. Music and vitamins R (Rhuuum!) unlimited! Between French, Sabrina was extremely kind and gave us lots of useful tips and feedback. I recommend 200% for a beautiful day!

BOOK THIS ONE!!! - This was a top-notch excursion! Sabrina and the boat crew were great. Everything was well organized, pick up from our resort on time, and our group only had 4 people! We arrived on Saona island via speed boat with just a few others ahead of us. We enjoyed 2 hours there before it became crowded. The water was the *beautiful Caribbean blue*, much different from our resort struggling with sargassum. Then we left for a different part of the island for a delicious lunch. We walked through the little village and bought some souvenirs. Then we took our boat through a shallow area where we saw some turtles, stingrays, starfish and even a couple of sharks! Finally, we stopped for a swim out off shore in a beautiful swimming area (you could see where they filmed Survivor off in the distance) it was shallow enough to stand and we got close to a starfish and just watched a huge pelican dive and fish in front of us. It’s was an incredible day! Our only heads up: bring extra cash for souvenirs, extra if you want lobster or a pina colada from the village for lunch, and extra if you want to purchase pictures from the photographer that goes with your group. You can turn the pictures down, but you probably won’t want to! And of course extra for tipping a fantastic crew!

Over and Above your usual boat trip ! - The guides were amazing! We had a hiccup with our booking which was efficiently dealt with and we had the best day! Sabrina makes you feel a valued participant on the trip and explains where and what is happening throughout the day. It’s great that it’s a small trip (there was only 6 people and our party was 4 of them) The island is lovely and as it was all by speed boat we had time to stop for a little turtle watching in the mangroves before the natural pool to see star fish and relax in the clear waters with a cheeky rum ! Would like to point out most the photos were taken by the professional on the trip not by me !!

Picture Perfect Beaches! - We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Saona island! It was well organized and Sabrina provided excellent communication in preparation. She was on top of the forecast and helped us change our date to avoid rainy weather which was spot on. We were picked up near our hotel in a large van at 7:20 which took our total group of nine to the Bayahibe port. We were able to use nice restrooms there before boarding the speedboat. It was a 25 min windy ride to Avanico Beach (arrival 9:30) one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen! The crystal clear water was an especially welcome change to Punta Cana’s currently sargassum covered beaches. We had two amazing relaxing hours to enjoy this beautiful location! We even got our family photo shoot in before the crowds began to arrive at 11:00. The photographer was so kind and fun and and did an amazing job! Then we hopped back on the speedboat for a short ride to Mano Juan Beach for lunch. We had 2.5 hours here to ensure enough time to eat, explore the small town and swim without feeling rushed. Lunch was buffet style: rice & beans, spaghetti, chicken, fish, lettuce and cucumbers with small pieces of fresh fruit for desert. Coffee to top off the meal was a very nice surprise! The village had many little souvenir shops run by the local people, so friendly! Bring some cash as I don’t think many had credit card options. Then we took the boat by the mangroves where we spent abut 20 minutes and spotted some swimming turtles. After that we headed to the natural pool where we relaxed & got a few more fun photos with the photographer. We saw a couple large starfish, but did not touch/disturb them to ensure their health. Our group was happy with all we had enjoyed to that point so we decided to forgo the snorkeling. Once back at the port we paid for the pictures with credit card, thankfully Sabrina caught that we were double charged but worked hard and was able to get our refund back in cash. It was 200-USD for all of the pictures at the first beach (about 100) with the option to pay an extra 50 for more pictures at the natural pool (plus 12% tax). Overall it was an amazing trip and well worth the time & travel. Sabrina and crew offered drinks at each spot (water, coke, sprite, rum & beer) and was always available to help or answer questions. Be sure to bring sunglasses, towels and lots of sunscreen. We also brought a hydroflask with ice water and some light snacks for the road. May also be good to have a change of clothes in case you don’t dry out before the ride home. We made it back to our hotel by 6:15.
