Setting Sail to Samana

The Dominican Republic has always been a treasure trove of adventure for me, and this time, I set my sights on the Samana Adventure tour. The journey began with a comfortable bus ride from Punta Cana, winding through the lush Dominican countryside. After a hearty Dominican-style buffet at Rancho Tipico, we set off once more, this time to the idyllic Cayo Levantado, also known as Bacardi Island. The island lived up to its reputation, with its pristine white sands and inviting turquoise waters. It was the perfect spot to unwind, the gentle lapping of the waves providing a soothing soundtrack to our afternoon.

As I lounged on the beach, drink in hand, I reflected on the day’s adventures.
