Awesome from Start to Finish! Will Use Again! - From start to finish, this process was as smooth as butter! I appreciate the communication via WhatsApp from the moment that I booked the transfer. I paid for roundtrip but it showed as 1-way. That made me nervous so I reached out. They responded right away to reassure me. Then, I received information about tours and excursions that they offered as well. This was helpful as you don't know who to trust and you're in another country. Diamond Tours was excellent! Upon arrival in Punta Cana, I walked out to the transfer area. My name was on a placard. This was great as there are many companies trying to sell you something at the airport. I looked for the white shirt with the yellow and blue D. My name was right there. The young lady quickly assisted with my luggage and took me over to the pick-up point. We had a private transfer to La Romana. In less than 10 minutes, our van picked us up. Tony was a great driver. His van was a little old and he did not have a radio, but the AC was pumping icicles! For the return, I received a message the day before with the pick up time to return to the airport. The time was a bit early so I asked for a later time. I was given a later pick up time with no problem. I received another message upon the driver's arrival to the resort. This time, our vehicle was practically new. We had a great driver and he played excellent music. We got to the airport in no time! I had an awesome experience which created a lasting first impression. When I return in 2026, I will be using Diamond! Others suggested AmStar and DAT, but I made the right choice! Great value for my money. We had clean, safe vehicles and great drivers. Transfer from La Romana to Punta Cana Airport - I Booked Diamond Tours through Viator . The transaction was seamless . Once we were connected through the Viator App. Instructions for when and where to pick us up was detailed. The driver arrived right on time specific to our request. Diamond supplied a great driver and excellent service. I highly recommend Diamond.

Transfer from La Romana Resort to Punta Cana Airport - I used Viator for this booking, well in advance, I paid in full about a week before we needed the service and was happy. My communication with the Tour personal was a bit sketchy through the Viator Chat app. I wasn't getting a response from the Tour company but when I decided to use the Viator Chat App to talk directly to a Viator Rep. I wasn't disapointed and they ensured me everything was fine.Our ride was not a minute late to arrive at the designated time, Perfect. I don't have any complaints about Viator or the Tour company we used , it was pretty seamless. Viator is the only service I use when booking tours on our travels.

- Starling canario picked us up from our resort and promptly took us to the airport for our trip home. His vehicle was clean and spacious! This company is easy to communicate with for your travel needs, and saved us money compared to using the resort shuttles.

Transfer flawless - Pick-up was without complications from the airport. Outside the airport was a stand with Diamond Tours, was found directly. Also the pickup on the return journey worked flawlessly. One day before departure we received a WhatsApp message confirming our pickup. Can therefore recommend the transfer from Punta Cana Airport to Bayahibe and back.

Easy transfer - Agent was waiting with name board at exit area of airport. Waited about 10 minutes for coordination with driver. Everyone helped with loading luggage. Worry free transfer in a safe clean vehicle.

airport transfers - Reliable transportation. We use it for airport transfer to and from our hotel in La Romana from PUJ airport (1hour) The only issue was the fair condition of the van. Driver was great. We thought the messaging through whats app with the company was reliable.
